Liu is scoring 30 points in 30 minutes at the moment, if getting 50+ minutes at lock, should be getting 45+. Plenty of other examples of the new fast game significantly improving output of players, SMat, Crichton etc.
Ppm extrapolation generally doesn't work for short minute impact players. Getting more minutes means a drop in intensity so lower ppm and will generally score similarly. Exceptions are already high minute players like Haas and Lolo where more minutes will generally always mean more points
