I'm a fridge-saucer. If the sauce needs warming up you can microwave it. If sauce needs cooling down, you're gonna be waiting a while.
sauce, veggies, eggs... all go in the fridge so they last longer.
You lot who flippantly keep your sauce in the cupboard are probably loaded and have massive houses and pools and boxing trophies.
