    Grant

    Haas   Fotuaika

    Lolo   Carrigan   Young

    Cleary   Croft

    Niu   Mitchell

    Papi   Ponga  Tedesco

    Koro
    Macca
    Luai
    Kerr

    Fuimaono
    Sironen
    Talau
    Wiliame

It looks like it is time for fui and Kerr to go and probably not too long for Luai either. I want to just cashout one a go to a gun but I am thinking that Papenhuyzen at 580k is just too much for someone scoring like he is and while it isn’t going to look good for my team I am considering moving latrell to the back, Talau and Niu in the centres and the trading Papi and Fuimaono for matterson and a cashout for less than 257k. This gives me a gun second rower, SRF and FRF cover via Carrigan to the bench.
I don’t think Matterson is the best value right now. For mine his price will come down next 2-3 weeks.

Have you thought about bringing someone like Murray in?

Your team is pretty good I think.

Kerr to Ryan Sutton is another option to think about.

I currently have Lolo and Matterson and need to bring in my final 2RF. I have enough cash for anyone, just wondering whether I should splurge on Angus or be more conservative with Jurbo or Yeo.

What are other Sione owners thinking? Hopefully get more news soon but suspect its not going to be cut and dry given its concussion and his history, could drag on for many weeks, if he comes back at all? Best to just move him out now?

Crichton if they play him like last week. In the middle defending and wide attacking

I dont mind him for now, provides some great loop options for my current cheap 2RFs for now at least.

So, what are you expecting from Thompson?

42-45? SL and internationals average, what he's priced at: not worth it.

50? A stretch but possible. Would still not be best 17 final team, so would need an extra trade to upgrade.

55+? This is where he becomes value, but with what evidence?

Bateman's SL and international average when playing second row was considerably higher iirc. He played a lot of centre too.

Same evidence that people are using to trade in Sutton and Fermor?

Forwards score points with new rules or something. Plus I want it to happen

I realise none of these are good reasons, which is why I'll probably hold off, but if Thompson goes big I will definitely regret not getting him

Almost positive it was around the 45/48 mark and playing 2RF. Was using it as a point against Thompson. As he is coming over with same role so points shouldn’t just jump like they did with Bateman. Plus Bateman was a better player to begin with

    He is cheap.

If all he does is play centre he won't make any significant money, but might be good as cashout

Can bring in pretty much anyone on my watchlist - but there's points to argue for each position. Love to get some opinions who you think is the best to bring in this week or just hold and re assess next week. The points below are for my team specifically, but can be applied to others too

    HOK
    - Currently have Grant, Koro and Macca so I don't need another hooker.
    - McInnes the best of the bunch but very expensive. Smith a more attractive option as he'll drop in price playing a half role and then back to hooker once Munster is back?
    - Plan to wait for this position

    FRF
    - Have my eye on Taupau, Mofo and Tauk. Thompson an unknown as well (if he goes well this week everyone will get next week probably)
    - Taupau set to keep dropping, Mofo consistent, Tauk going UP (more minutes due to Radley injury? but Robinson plays around with his forward minutes alot)
    - Want a gun FRF so I can move Carrigan to the bench, currently have Rudolf as back up.
    - May be best to wait another week for Taupau and eye off Thompson? Or lock in Mofo/take a punt on Tauk

    2RF
    - Currently have Lolo, Yeo and Young as starters
    - Prime option being Angus but a bit more expensive
    - Some value picks in Murray, Frizell, Jurbo around the 53-55 average mark.
    - Tevaga back this week with a probable price drop
    - Fifita back soon as well for more value
    - Best to grab a value option now? Or wait for Tevage/Fifita? Or just get Angus and be done with it?

    HLF
    - Currently I have SJ, Mann (who will probably go this week) and Luai
    - Don't need a half this week particularly
    - Cleary overpriced, DCE priced as is and probably the best option, Pearce still cheap but not in the same tier as the aforementioned
    - Moses and Munster to return and drop in price, ripe for picking in a few weeks
    - Maybe best to wait? Or just grab DCE who is my most preferred right now

    CTR
    - Who cares, play whoever you have that's alive
    - A mix of Latrell/Crichton/Talau/Niu/Lomax/Best for most
    - Only other viable option is maybe Hopoate once he's back from injury and dropped in price

    WFB
    - Wait for Ponga to drop in price
    - Already have Teddy/Papi/Latrell in this spot
    - Gutho playing well but not historically a gun, could be worth a punt but at his price you're better of waiting for Ponga now

He’s chips. Just want someone under 290,000 for Williame. Preferably someone who can make some quickish cash and I’m not bothered about position. Eisenhuth is there at 222,000 but with Smith back on the bench, does Eisenhuth revert back to those horrocious sub 10 minute stints?

People think McInnis is going play 80 at lock with a four forward bench? I'd say not, although possible he stays on the field for 80 and spells Hunt for similar role/output as previously.

Meanwhile if Hunt is an 80-minute hooker available at half and in the mid-600s then woof.

I'm not ready for a cash out yet so have gone with Fermor. Being named at centre isn't enough to scare me off

Hmm don’t care much for that TLT: no clarity on Sutton, Fermor to CTR, Fui benched, Lele still can’t get a run Sad
