Bugger. I suppose could be good for HTF, although I was hoping Holmes and HTF would swap from the the listed positions, both for the Cowboys sake and because I'd prefer HTF wing for his fantasy prospects in a counter-intuitive kinda way.

Yeah he is. If you have the likes of Hammer and Niu though, he can be cashed in IMO.

Yeah I think so absolutely. His price could rise again this week though meaning a cash out frees up 200k or so, so I can see why people are considering moving him on. I may do that too, but want to leave it as long as possible if I do.

He's a lost fucker in the FB position. Much better for Hammer to be on the wing.

My back 5 is a bit strange at the moment. Best is at WFB, and was considering cashing him out to Niu, but that forces me to play Crichton in WFB, and loses my cover.

Ponga, Pappy, Best

With HTF and S Crichton in 18/19.

Yep, agreed. Thought that on his debut, and nothing had changed my mind since. All I'm hoping for is a length of the field try against the run of play. He's good for that I reckon.

Yeah I'm planning on JFH ended up in 14-17, and with Crichton at 18 that covers a lot of positions for injuries.

Wouldn't you have cover with HTF for WFB and Niu for CTR (or Crichton for both if in EMG)

Yeah I forget that HTF is playing again. I guess I do have cover then, but I'm picking he'll have a tough time this week if he's at fullback.

Similar for me. Carrigan will be 14-17 to cover FRF and 2RF. It may come to something like a Crichton in jersey 18, although I'm hoping a cheap half will pop up. Something like a 300k Dearden or similar would be perfect. But for now I'll have to keep dreaming.

Raiders have cap dispensation, 120k to spend for remainder of year to cover Bateman. Pro rata thats equiv of about 350k a year salary

Not to mention arent most players on half pay? So 120k for four months is quite a bit, relatively speaking

Lol settle down you two. First of all I’m ready to wear it if I fuck up and run out but my team isn’t far away. Second of all I may not end up doing it,I know he was on track last week but Lucy hasn’t cracked 50 in 6 weeks so Jurbo/JFH I think are a 5-10 point better player than him plus I need to get rid of Clune as he is deadwood along with Averillo it seems

Foxsports are saying that a "text from someone at the club" confirmed holmes got through training fine and will play......
