I don't have any WFB or CTR coverage atm so having Coates could give me a bit of depth in case I get an injury/suspension
What do you think of Fermor's job security?

Have you already got Niu - decent cashout at min price playing FB

Fermor's JS is pretty risky but would still take him over Coates.

The WFB/CTR cash outs are pretty average

Why would he be named in the centres if he might start in the 2nd row?
And would it still be worth getting him if he plays at centre?

Coaches love to mess around and not name people where they're actually going to play on game day.

Probably wouldn't buy him if he actually plays centre but when you're desperate.

@StormTrooper96 thanks mate. Tapine and Katoa are a watch this week as both are good PODS up the pointy end. Katoa has a dream next 3 4 games after pennies, and lomax is very popular but il mull it over. Going for glory. Not sure if there is anyone of value to trade paix/htf too at this point

    Welcome
I would not be trading Lomax out.. He is a season keeper mate. You have HTF who is a dud/stalled cow, Paix who is a red dot and Talau who just redid his hammy which is scary.
Tapine isn't a keeper and neither is Katoa. I would focus on getting rid of HTF, Paix, Talau, Katoa, Tapine probably in that order. You need some cover in the FRF so Tapau/Thompson is a good shout. Next week can possibly go Paix/Talau to a cow which might allow you to afford Katoa to one of Talau/Thompson and then chuck Crichton into Fullback for now.
Then chuck Marty/Thompson into FRF and carrigan onto bench for cover.
Seems you have burned through your trades and need cover desperately so Tapine may need to stick around for the long hall. I would focus on getting one of Ponga or if you cant afford RTS/Edwards/Gutho in the next few weeks. This may be able to happen through HTF/Crichton? Cash out HTF in a couple weeks and Upgrade Crichton if funds support it... Would leave you with 5 trades I believe and this team:

    CM9
    Haas Marty/Thompson
    Tapine Matto Angus
    DCE Cleary
    Lomax Niu
    Teddy Pappy Gutho/RTS/Edwards

    Api Grant Robson Carrigan
    Fermor Cow Cow Talau/Paix/HTF/Crichton

    and 5 trades.

Gives you cover everywhere...but half but the 5 trades will help in case of injury.

Il probably sell katoa/pap to ponga hopefully for even money in 3-4 weeks

Positive about Fermor is we will know at 5pm this afternoon exactly where he is going to play.

I think even if he plays centre I will still grab him. -10 (or there abouts) BE and after last weeks game he may have won the love of the coach. With Proctor back next week Stone would be first to piss off and Hipgrave is trash so you would think Fermor takes that role. Well I am banking on it.

Don't know if the coach would have loved him rushing out of the line and basically causing 4 tries down his channel in the 2nd half

Yeah fair enough. Katoa seems to need tries for a big score (has the odd 40+ with no tries). Ponga is one of those blokes (like Moses/Teddy) where you can't wait on their BE because they can hit a tonne on any given day

Nar I don't think he would've loved it, but the bloke was in his first game getting a little excited wanting to put in 100% effort (not coming off well). Doesn't make it the reason Titans let in 4 tries on his edge last week though. The team is basically a free win (unless your the Cowboys or Broncos).

Proctor/Hipgrave offer nothing in attack. I know coaches don't pick their team based on fantasy but he has the attack they need. Must rate him if he picked him to cover centre over Peachey (Mr Fix It)

It’s actually 2 points as he’s my captain, so it does matter then.

Am I the only one what's not worries about building cash any more since they got so few trades so won't be able to trade them out due to replacing long term injuries ? Btw 8 trades left

Coach actually said after the game that he had only planned to play him 60 minutes due to lack of match fitness, which explains a lot

Probably your main reason right there. I have 13 trades left so probably still 1-2 more that I can use on cash making cows. Hence why I am not wanting to trade in a fringe forward who might stumble to 30 points a game. Too long an investment that is. I am aiming for the Fermor's/Fields with negative BE, will make 150K+ in a month and then be a trade out.

No I don't have Niu. I was just looking quickly and saw his average was only 17.8 but forgot that includes games off the bench and that he averages 29.5 at fullback. He's definitely a much better option than Coates; he'll score roughly the same amount of points for 107k less.
What do you think of his job security and Isaako possibly shifting back to fullback?

Maybe Fermor is just too much of a risk with JS and he might even play in the centres which wouldn't be good for his scoring.

Isaako has had 2 maybe 3 chances at fullback and has failed all. I don't think he makes it back there anytime soon. Although Niu hasn't set the world alight he hasn't done anything wrong. I think it's his for the rest of the year.

I am taking the gamble on Fermor + we will know at 5pm today if he moves to the back row. Although, Centre isn't the worst outcome... Should still see enough ball.

I think his JS is better than it was 1-2 weeks ago given he's been through 80 mins after the game he was subbed. Pretty low risk given he's minimum price and now has low BE so might make money (but probably not enough to trade out)

If Broncos keep losing would you think they just keep changing the team around until they win?

I personally don't think Fermor is worth it at centre but it's good that we'll know early

I was hoping for a 100+ score... because Haas will be running through the dogs
