If Talau is out for a few weeks, I wonder if turning him into Hoffman for the 100K is worth it.

Who would be the best cheapish centre to trade latrell out for? One that I won’t have to waste another trade on

Niu or Hoffman maybe? Even if Talau comes back, he probably would slot in at centre with Hoffman playing well.

I already have Niu and Talau. If I’m trading out Mitchell and Luai I can afford Crichton and a 432k centre. I can either bank the cash and go cheap or spend a bit more and go with a boom or bust centre that I can loop with Talau via Wiliame

Bold of you to assume there is such a thing as a centre you wouldn't have to waste a trade on...
I'd say Niu though if you don't have him already but I don't think any cheap centre is "safe" per say

If all those Warriors players go home (which is looking likely) there's going to be a few cheapies hanging around. Whether or not you want them in your team is a different story lol

Stinky to Bunt
JTB to Nui
I have no choice but to get Bunt as that's all I could afford. I'll keep LM even though I really hate watching the bloke play. Being so conservative with my trades and picking the wrong cows has really hurt my season this year.

If Talau does play this week is (I would have Niu and Talau in the centres) is it worth keeping latrell?

If you wanted to name an unchanged 17 each week, this is the best round 1 team you could have had (ignoring salary cap)
McInnes makes the squad despite missing 2 rounds
Cook
Haas Papalii
Matterson Harris Yeo
DCE Brown
Lomax Graham
Tedesco Gutherson Nofoaluma
Smith Koroisau McInnes Taumalolo

Anyone else have Dan Saifiti? Wondering what to do with him. I guess we need to wait for an update to see what category his PCL is.

Havili will probably become my 18th man. I'm happy to trade him in this week.

Vertigo I have Ponga as well and spent some time worrying whether he would play last round. That would of resulted in HTF's point
becoming valid for my team. Opposition coaches are either avoiding kicking to him or in the case of the Eels, trying to smash him
out of the game. Ponga avoided two out of a possible three HIA's last round. My trades this round are JTB to Havilli and Latrine to RTS
as cover for when Ponga goes down which is on the cards.

Yeah, if I look at Ponga I'm really concerned too about his HIA's.

Canterbury centre Jake Averillo has been stood down by the club after becoming inadvertently caught up in the COVID-19 cluster at the Crossroads Hotel in Casula.
Averillo told the Bulldogs that his parents had a meal there on July 3 and will be tested for the virus.
The club has notified the NRL and is awaiting directions on the next biosecurity steps to be taken.
In the meantime the rookie outside back has been stood down from all training and playing duties.
Averillo, who made his Telstra Premiership debut in round two just before the competition went into a two-month hiatus because of the pandemic, did not play last Saturday in the loss to Brisbane.
Due to the outbreak at the Crossroads Hotel in Casula, in south-west Sydney, NSW Health has advised anyone who visited the pub between July 3 and 10 to self-isolate and get tested.
Bulldogs forward Aiden Tolman missed two matches last month after one of his children attended a school which had a staff member that tested positive.
The club is yet to make an official comment on Averillo's status but is likely to do so on Monday afternoon.

Anyone trading Best out this week? I've got S Crichton and Talau. Thinking of other options.
Campbell Graham (although it would annoy me to own a player who has a first name for a surname and a surname for a first name)
Jared Croker
Tesi Niu
Or just stick with Best? 15 trades left so not too worried on that front.

Fox Sports says in the predicted teams Talau is expected to face more time on the sidelines but we all know to take fox sports with a grain of salt.
