What sort of club is it that enters and leaves a comp in 5 minutes.

One that is based on another continent to the rest of the competition, during the middle of a global pandemic

Wasnt it the owner of the wolfpack telling everyone that would listen, how they would be taking over the Nrl soon and the Nrl should be reassessing there business plan.. ?

I'm not sure of the details, but it's a similar situation to the Warriors, but a lot further from home.
Due to quarantine rules they would be required to base themselves in England for the duration of the competition with players unable to return to Canada. For those playing along at home the flight from Toronto to London is 7 hours, then they would need to find somewhere to base themselves. All players would also need to get extended visas.
Logistically I can imagine it would be a nightmare to organise not even taking into account the fact that these players would be half way across the world from their families

I always cringe to these type of replies to others, now you've given me one.

That would be bad for him as the Bulldogs fans will never forget or forgive how he left like a coward & deserted the Bulldogs because he couldn't get his own way.

Yeah I should have put my last two comments in one post maybe. I just have a memory of the Wolpack.huffing puffing about the strength of there club and base and in for the long haul. Hopefully they can come back into it down the line as it was/is a great expansion choice.

Ruining the rhetoric by actually answering rhetorical questions is indeed a fairly signature Cow move.

Pretty sure most would forgive him the second he was announced as a signing

So now I've got a mounting injury toll again with A. Crichton, Fogarty & Niu out from the weekend & also holding Wiliame so I'm going to use my 2 trades on some cash cows:
Fogarty out - B. Sironen in (if he doesn't start then Starling)
Niu out - D. Asi in (I own Talau as well but apparently R. Jennings is nearly fit so Talau could lose his spot)
That will give me 252k bank but not liking having to address my injuries & not being able to buy some guns.

Players including club captain Josh McCrone, Bodene Thompson, Darcy Lussick, Chase Stanley, Ricky Leutele and Sonny Bill Williams will be made available to NRL clubs, as they return home, to clubs who have available spots in their top teams.
They'll have until August 3rd to sign with NRL clubs before the deadline.
I'd love to see Lussick back at the Eels, he was one of their best*

Reports they are $400K under the salary cap. With only half a season left, that might be enough.

If I keep Angus I'm going to need 2RF to cover. Shocked at Aubo price only 330k and could afford Clark+Mann to Bunt+Aubo. Bit worried about selling Mann vs Dogs and Aubo would need to play 80 2RF until Crichton back but great upcoming fixtures

Would SBW even be able to handle to intensity of the nrl. When he played rugby he was injured most of the time & that's a much softer game. Wasn't he signed for the Wolfpack more for the promotional/dollars aspect rather than for actually playing.

AS I ONCE AGAIN NEED A CTR, I'm pretty tempted by Aubbs, but obviously problem is he ~probably~ won't start when Crichton is back, so in a few weeks time I will need to find a ctr again....
Mentioned yesterday but there is a bit of a temption to grab Waga Blake and see if I can ride some good scores.

Holy shite Aubs only 330k. It certainly makes him attractive as a buy but how many games will he get & is he worth it for maybe 3-6 games & then having to use a trade to get rid of him.

If I get to keep Angus and he scores decent in my 2RF alternative atm Hetherington it's worth it for me. 9 trades left if use 2 this week
