Rd 12 discussion

1019 for the round, up a few places to 3,470.  7 trades left for the last 9 rounds, with $12k in the bank.  

Of all our players, I'd say only Friend is a bit of a worry, and I guess Randall might be in the mix this week as a cashout/decent 18th man.

The plan from last week was something like:

1. Koro -> Taupau  ($146k in the bank)
2. Hess -> Tevaga ($12k)
3. Young -> $212k nuff ($272k)
4. Fogarty -> Moses ($54k)

We could just as easily sit still and let Young and Fogarty's prices rise another week (and hoepfully Moses' price fall).

I'd definitely hold off on Fogarty to Moses for this week

Wait and see on Young. If Bateman and/or CHN get a start we might have to move soon.

Randall not $212k, but potentially a handy cash out.

Team is suddenly looking much better than last week. I'd happily hold fire on all trades

Young/Fogarty are good enough 17th man, fantastic 18th man and Sironen would be one of the best 19th man going around

Only short term need would be another centre for Talau's shitty match ups, but not sure that is even worth the trade while he is fit

Hunt will get HOK DPP next week so thinking trading Friend out to someone like McIntyre for CTR cover gives us plenty ITB to cover future injuries/upgrades. eans playing Fogarty though.

I think hold teases, or maybe downgrade Friend for cash.

Keep an eye on Young and maybe have a trade in reserve in case he gets benched in final teams

Difference a week makes. I don't think the team lists change much. Seems to be either zero trades or one trade to downgrade Friend. He is still a top 17 scorer for us, so we'd have to be confident to play two of HTF, Sironen, Young, Fogarty and whoever we get in (eg Randall).

Personally, I am worried Young plays the KOD role and plays the first 20 minutes or so in the middle and then is never seen again. I'd say we can wait a week and see though. Just not sure he'll get my vote for 16th/17th/18th man.

Friend I do think needs to go, but holding isn't the worst option. Young I too worry about his role. Although since he's been playing 80 on the edge, I think he gets a bit more than 20 minutes. Ricky does do some strange things though.
