I will usually sit down and watch the 2pm game. The 4pm game i'm usually listening to on the radio while I cook dinner, and the 6.30 games I don't generally watch or listen to at all because it's in the middle of wrangling kids, getting stuff ready for Monday etc.

I think this is most peoples Sunday.

I'm the opposite - I'm normally out doing stuff might not see a 2pm and potentially 4pm game but usually home to watch at 6:30pm.
Obviously I'm home all the time now so won't miss any action Laughing Sad

Contemplated my first centre trade in months with the same question this week. Herbie to Lomax. Or McIntyre to Lomax.

But I prefer it, I feel like it gives me more time to get shit done on a Sunday before plonking down in front of the footy.

    Cleary Pearce
    Latrell Crichton
    Teddy Ponga Pap

    Hunt Lucy Siro Koala

As I mentioned earlier, I'd just go Tolo to another second rower. Upgrade the lowest performing second rower to Haas next week.

Lolo to your choice of back rower (Matto and Bateman are the top two you'd think, but Fifita and Barnett are also decent options)

Yeah - before I had kids I probably would have said the same. Sunday nights are just a shitfight with kids - 6.30pm is guaranteed to be the time when they remember they need something for school the next day, or they haven't got a clean socks (because they're all under the bed), or they just don't want to go to school the next day and are being whiny about it.

Going to my father-in-laws to watch it tonight.

Coming from a Townsvillian point of view there are going to be a number of really grumpy commuters. All the roads around the stadium are blocked off because the V8's are this weekend and next weekend and so many people aren't even aware of all detours, etc. add to that there is absolutely no public parking in the city, so there will be some crazy stupid traffic and a lot of really angry people.

    BTW: Horn will win easy!

No retread for McIntyre perhaps hey. Maybe I should cashout McIntyre leaving about 400k for one final upgrade.

Yeah I see where you're coming from. 6:30 on a Sunday was usually when I'd mention to my parents that I've got an assignment due the next day and had ignored it for the whole weekend ahahaha

A combination of having no chance to do well anyway (33k), having all my "safe" bets getting injured, and enjoying watching them both play. I think Dugan is 100k undervalued, and so barring injuries I'll gain some value.

If it fails I don't really care so essentially big upside with no downside.

Do we reckon the Broncos, after the last few years' poor performance, will no longer have the strangle hold on the early round games they have enjoyed year after year?? Surely their viewer numbers have dropped off a cliff, so it can't be justified for that reason??

New coach/new CEO and a couple of decent signings and the NewsLTD machine will pump up the Broncos hopes for 2021 - doubt much changes as they always rate so highly in Brisbane.

Personally I'd like to see it mixed up, but that's jsut the way it is.

NRL probably wishing the second Brisbane team was starting in 2021 though..
