Maumalo always been a myth and Fus living off reputation.
Dally M winger of the year Ken Maumalo who led the comp in run metres is a myth. Right.

Can't agree with Maumalo being a myth. Makes huge metres for a winger most games. There's a reason he won winger of the year.
I can understand people using the term "overrated" but saying he's always been a myth is very harsh considering how well he's played in recent years.
Fus has always been a great finishing winger with great dives in the corner but the rest of the wingers in the competition have caught up to him in that regard now.
If you want wingers living off reputation, look no further than Blake Ferguson.
People always say makes huge metres for a winger.
Cool but that isn't what your wingers are meant to do. He's done that because the stupid coach was busy having his wingers play as props. Top wingers are great finishers, he is not.
It's no surprise that they look better now with a real winger (who isn't even considered a good one in Jennings) and the forwards get the metres.
The best wingers are great finishers, he isn't. He has been good at being a winger who gets used as a forward. He's slow as fuck, no slower turning winger in the comp and his d is trash.
Ferguson is in a bit of a drought but he's so so so so much better than Maumalo lol. If they wanted to play Fergo in the way the Warriors have used Maumalo he'd be capable of putting up similar metres, but they don't because they aren't dumb. He's much faster, much more athletic, and a far far far far better finisher.
Fus should still be a top winger with his finishing, size and his aerial game but its been clear since he got his new deal that his effort dwindled with it.

Safe to say Newcastle will need to change their spine up again next week, shocking performance.

Points differential is important for Warriors, another couple of tries would be great

Yup.
They should either put Crossland to starting 5/8 and leave Mann/Randall as is or move Mann back to 5/8, Randall starting hooker and Crossland bench.

Going away from Mann and Pearce in the halves has not worked for them. They should run with either Mann at 5/8 and Randall/Crossland at hooker or Crossland 5/8 and Mann at hooker with Randall on the bench.

Every team in the competition uses their wingers to bring the ball back out of their 20m.
Jennings himself does it and he does it well but still not as well as Maumalo does.
At the Roosters, Ferguson was lauded as the best in the comp at doing it, it was seen as one of the strengths of his game. He's not a good example if you're trying to say its a dumb thing to do.
