THIS! I do not get the appeal of Morgan in the centres.

Would rather a 33 yr old Greg Inglis

Am thinking of the conversation over the weekend about Munster being overrated, which I personally disagreed with. Maybe that's because of all the times he has destroyed my teams IRL...

But how about Morgan? He seems to be perenially dining out on that one purple patch of form which took the Cowboys to the GF in 2017. Has he done anything before or after to warrant his rating (or salary for that matter)?

Steve Renouf’s 2021 Broncos side based on current contracted 2021 players.

    1. Jack Bird
    2. Corey Oates
    3. Kotoni Staggs
    4. Herbie Farnworth
    5. Xavier Coates
    6. Anthony Milford
    7. Tom Dearden
    8. Matt Lodge
    9. Andrew McCullough
    10. Payne Haas
    11. Alex Glenn
    12. Tevita Pangai JNR
    13. Patt Carrigan
    14. Jake Turpin
    15. Jordan Riki
    16. Thomas Flegler
    17. Joe Ofahengaue
    COACH: Kevin Walters

Feel sorry for Croft, I think he should get one more chance with Milf coming off the bench. I don’t see how Jack Bird is a fullback? Bloke is about 100 kegs? That’s like chucking someone like Jesse Ramien at fullback.

On the same day Fonua-Blake's release request was made public by the Sea Eagles, Fainu's future was locked in long term with a two-year extension on top of his existing contract.

    Must be confident Fainu returns.

Inglis 100+ kgs, Hayne must've been 100kgs. But I think Bird is pretty much the exact same weight and height as Tedesco.

Tbh theyd have locked him up super cheap and if he is found guilty the contract would be torn up.

I'm settled on McInnes captain. Highest average (no Cleary), telling myself not to over complicate it

Dark days when you can stab someone at a church and still sign a contract with a NRL club.

Hayne and Inglis yes towards the end of their careers. I tend to use silly ways to describe things. What I am trying to say is I don't see Jack Bird as a fullback. Can't see his blistering speed? Can break a tackle, but where is he under the high ball or backing up a half break from his 2RF? Same as Milford. He just isn't a fullback.

Off another ACL it is just a terrible idea. I'd prefer to see Isaako or Niu based on who is currently contracted.

CM9 will rack up the tackles on Old Boy's Day against the Knights surely.

I did look at that too with DCE.  Slightly leaning towards McInnes myself now.

Today, I have put the C on Matterson. Just thinking it is his 100th game so he will want his hands all over the ball and will wanna put in a big performance. Not sure he will hit high 80's-90's but can see a nice 76 with a try, LB, 4+ TB's and 35+ tackles to go along with 140+ meters.

    FUCK, where is Isaako?

Didn't they re-sign Niu with the expectation he would be the long term FB?

Isaako went back to NZ when his father passed but with all the quarantines it basically ruled him out for the season

If you don't over pay, Cartwright can provide great value to a club in the range of 20-25th man at the club. This was a bloke that was on the fringe of origin selection before he lost his head
