Another solid enough round - 929 points scored, meaning we're inching in the right direction - up to 2,701 overall.

No trades used - got some bonus points from Talau and Fuimaono, and got the loop right for about the first time this year.

Team listed below for any views pre- and post-team lists, but I guess it'll depend on who's rested or not. Centre still an issue - Aubs will be cheap in a week or two

Have to wait for TLT to see if anything obvious pops up.

But I wouldn't mind taking a punt on someone based on fixtures for last trade this week. Mayeb ditch Hunt for someone we think might go big last 2 weeks (not sure who - haven't really looked yet)

So we only have 3 available for our back 5 (unless Talau/Fui become late ins)

So I think we trade in a CTR/WFB
The only question is who to bring out for them

Cheap for cheap - someone like Ofa/Fui out, or take a punt on ditching Papenhuyzen for Edwards or something like that.

Centres are Crichton, Talau, Fui so there’s every chance we’re short there next week too. Whereas we should at least have WFB cover next week.

So I think if we (regrettably) need a CTR to maximise the chance of having 17 next week as well as increasing numbers this week?

Caveat: am looking at this on phone and only get half the team image, so could be wrong

Agree with this - we shouldn't see Ponga, Teddy or Papy rested again next week so can reasonably assume we have 3 WFBs(with Hammer to cover if Papy is out again)

Ofa out gives us 416k to play with at centre

Hymel Hunt - DPP, solid base. Unlikely to go large without tries
Jennings - Scores are heavily attacking based, but I think Eels have put the cue in the rack for the rest of the year
Hopa - Historically a good scorer at fullback and most of those scores have come once Dogs were eliminated from finals contention. 2 games to try and avoid the spoon
McIntyre - Probably has the best floor of any centre this week, but who knows what position he will have in the team next week if any
Lafai/Ramien/Blake/Marsters - Hail mary on catching 2 big scores from attacking centres
Averillo (via Fuimaono instead) - Looks to have done enough to lock up the 6 jersey for the next 2 weeks. Pretty popular so insulated against injury/being dropped as all owners have to deal with it

thanks lads. Ironically we may have been better off just doing the Talau -> Ramien trade last week...

I don't mind the Averillo for Fuimaono call. Am thinking of bringing him in to pinch hit for my team this week.

I think Fui - Averillo is best bet

Can't get much better by losing Ofa

Only way to improve on that is something like Pappy - Peachey if we think Pappy might not be back

Manu is the only other option I thought about, but we'd still have to sell Papy to get him...

I think there's a bit of a risk Manu gets rested R20 - he is the only Roosters player to have played every game this year

I like Fui to Averillo. Not that excited by Avo, but it's better to sell a red dot than Ofa for a mid-ranger who might not best Avo anyway. Papy I think is worth hoping he's back R20

Sorry, haven't had time to put up a trade poll this week - looks like some consensus around Fui -> Averillo for our last trade?  Anyone want to put up another firm option?

Given its our last trade, we're banking on Haas coming back next week I guess...

If we traded Haas out, who would it be for?

We need a CTR, and Haas to Peachey seems like a terrible waste

I don't disagree. Just noting the potential frustration of having $966k sitting in our reserves with nothing to do about it... having said that, I don't think we will be the only one.
