Seems like a decision of guaranteed $$$ over success and a poorly made 1. Potential here to lose SOO and AU $$.

His motivation was moving back to Sydney, wasn't it? Seems like a good result for him tbh. You'd hope the Dogs didn't overspend as they did have some leverage in the deal being that there weren't too many other options.

I think the deal was $2 mill over 4 years.

The Alvaro to Dragons is an interesting one. Losing K. Sims, Host, Graham, Frizell and the wait on JDB that forward pack is anyone's guess as to what happens there.

To my understanding JAC was to be released from his $375K contract in 2021 up until the Storm agreed to top up his contract (at which point he decided to stay and see out the final year of his contract).

I don't know if it's just media spin to make it look money motivated, but it seems that players can usually get out of contracts if they really want to (especially if it's personally/family motivated).

Anyway, $4mil+ on Cotric and Addo-Carr - genuinely interested to see how that spend works out

I think 500k per year for JAC is probably a good deal for them at the moment.

I didnt realise this but Alvaro used to be coached by Griffin at the Broncos u20s.

I think JAC might have something in his contract for if he plays FB he gets paid more... not sure if just rumours though.

O'Brien had coached Mann in u20s at a different club and he took off.

Alvaro to play Origin in 2021. For whatever state he's from.

Could mean absolutely nothing but Cowboys website now has Drinkwater listed as a fullback and Holmes listed as a winger

Karl Lawton suffers Achilles rupture and out to mid-to-late 2021

Leaves Warriors with only Egan as established HOK but still have Tevaga and potentially some halves that could fill in at HOK

    Training the house down:

Luciano Leilua is expected to again start on the left edge and the inside word from Concord is that Blore, a Junior Kangaroo, is on course to snaring the second-row spot on the right spot as he continues to impress during the pre-season.

Not looking good at all for Sydney re Coronavirus. This could get out of hand quickly.

The panic is well and truly on again at the supermarkets Sydney wide especially on toilet paper once more the shelves are empty or close to it.

I hope COVID doesn’t affect the season next year but I think it might again. Not likely we will have a vaccine til late 2021.

I only have one spare roll left in my house. With 4 kids. This is not going to be pretty.

The missus is currently at a suburban Coles doing the shopping, so will soon know if any of the rolled gold is still in the aisles, or desperate measures are required.

Honestly would’ve thought the hoarders still had supply from the first time around.

I'm not one to tell you how to raise kids, given how much I loathe them but it's 1 roll between 4 kids mental as well? It's almost like you were tempting faith.

Also why the fuck does toilet paper go out of sale first? What about the booze!
