Staines is going to be a massive trap for more casual players I think.

Heads up for other office workers though - I don't have a problem with the work firewall via https://www.nrlfantasyfanatics.com/

I did pee my pants a little this morning when I was blocked from the site. Thought my boss was up to something.

Re: NRL Fantasy 2021 Part 1 - Game on Mole
Update from Souths training is Arrow hasn’t really trained last few sessions he’s got a minor hammy and hip flexor injury.
Jed Cartwright also hasn’t been training carrying a couple of niggling injuries.
Campbell training right centre, Mansour right wing, Gagai left centre and AJ left wing.
Koloamatangi is training at left second row and is training the house down apparently. He’s set for a big year.
Adam Reynolds also pulled up with a hammy twinge at training yesterday.
Our Premiership Jersey Flegg winning halfback of a couple of years ago Blake Ta’affe is apparently now in our top 30 and is training as back up fullback in case Latrell goes down. Ta’affe played fullback in his junior days and looks like he could be passing AJ as second preferred fullback option at Souths.
Jed Cartwright also hasn’t been training carrying a couple of niggling injuries.

If Koala were to get a starting gig, he'd be a strong candidate for my team.

Will be interesting to see if Arrow indeed plays prop and Murray lock...... I think I prefer this rather than Murray second row and Arrow lock.
This is our pack if Arrow plays prop and Murray lock:
Arrow
Cook
Tom
Su’a
Koloamatangi
Murray
Tatola
Knight
Last 2 bench spots between Nicholls, Cartwright, Sele, Host or Mago.

I can't see why you'd waste Murray on the edge. Side looks way better with Murray at lock.

What a lot of people forget is Hayne came back last year after a year in America bulking up, he came back heavier than he has ever been and a tad slower. The size he was he was always going to be prone to injury and not 100% at his best.
He has had a full year back in NRL, a full NRL off season and should come back at more of a comfortable weight…
Rinse and repeat.

Yep looking good.
From what I can gather Latrell, Murray, Reyno, Tatola won’t play in the Charity Shield but that’s ok as the youngsters will get a go!

Yeah true. Hayne just came back so lethargic and not interested. Plus he looked like he gained about 10 kegs. Also feels like he was just chasing headlines/money so copped a lot of shit.
Val to me feels like he actually went over to give it a red hot crack. His year last year didn’t amount to much but I have pretty strong personal information that he was going through some personal shit himself last year. I am picking Val to ascert himself in the top 5 FB chat again this year.
1. Tedesco – Just unbelievable skill, strength, speed
2. RTS – Great speed and footwork but what puts him at No 2 is how much respect he commands from other players and what he is able to get out of his team.
3. Ponga – Unbelievably skilful and still only 22 years old. Has that passing skill to his game that makes me really scared to see what he can become in another 2-3 years.
4. Turbo – So so soooo much potential but he is made out of fine China! Speed, Craftiness, IQ it is all there and again only 24 years old.
5. Papenhuyzen – Burst onto the scene so quick you would think it was a mistake but Pappy is fast, can break a tackle and has a decent passing game. Another who is 22 and has so much potential.
I think Val can get himself into those talks this year! Will poll very high on the Daly M’s I reckon.

Brimson joins them this season as a gun WFB. Was great last season and in a better team this season.StormTrooper96 wrote:

Not sure if already known but nrl.com mentions BMM has been training exclusively on edge
Might mean Harris is more likely to be middle unless Katoa doesn’t start

8. AFB
9. Egan
10. LAM
11. Katoa
12. BMM
13. Harris
14. Tevaga
15+ JTB/Afoa/Evans/Sironen/Murchie/Curran/ Lawton
Warrios actually have a lot of forwards contending for a lot of spots

Not seeing much risk in him at that price. Would have to be the favourite for top try scorer for the year.robelgordo wrote:Staines is going to be a massive trap for more casual players I think.
