Mid game maybe, but that possibility exists for a whole bunch of players.
But I doubt he'd ever be named there on TLT

We have 8 slots for non-starters in our team. If we had no DPP at all, 6 of the 8 slots will be taken up by a HOK, MID, EDG, HLF, CTR and WFB with just 2 extra slots with flexibility. Those are prime cash cow positions, so the more options we have there the better.
With viable DPP options looking thin on the ground, I think it may be worth it to select someone with DPP over someone with a single position player with a touch more scoring/cash potential. if only Crichton wasn't playing origin.

Running without cover in a position is fraught with danger, especially as a long term thing. people who ran with just 2 CTRs last year were always burning trades or playing short.

I can cover most positions easily in my early drafts, I just need a cheap cashcow CTR to pop up that I can put in the 18-21 spot

There won’t be many cheaper than Niu that actually start. He is in my 18-21 and is DPP.

I’m trying to go cheap at Centre but there doesn’t appear to be too much on offer. Averillo is 1st centre and Niu is at 18. Any 2RF have DPP at centre?

Round 1 starts 11th March.

Whoever partners Keary in the halves for the Roosters is going to be an option. (unless they sign Benji on a short term deal)

Seen the video… Looks like Normy and Chikko were walking down the street and a bunch of randoms apparently called Chikko a N***** and another king hit Normy and then all hell broke loose and looks like it’s like 5 on 2 (2 being Normy and Chikko).

If NAS got off for what happened in Bali I think Normy should be okay unless more news comes out.

yeah I've got him on my watchlist, currently only listed as WFB, but should get DPP once TLT comes around

I'm thinking about going centres that are just guaranteed to play each week (barring injury) if I recall correctly Darius Boyd was on the higher point scorers in the centres last year wasn't he?

I have said for the past fortnight I’m going with Cook, but just today I’m starting to think about going with McInnes due to the DPP.... also he won’t play origin whilst Cook will and whilst I think his average will drop he should still average mid to maybe high 60’s and all serious teams will have him!

In the halves I’m strongly thinking of Munster.

Thought you were exaggerating but he was 8th best CTR by total points

I can't believe Verrills is only 246k...I thought he'd be priced up near 300-350k
