PS Excellent work ST Cheers Cheers Cheers

I'm going to stick solid with CP13. He deserves some faith and loyalty.

P.S. What are you congratulating me for AR? Did we play a h2h match in one of our leagues?

On your score mate - nice work. I hear what ya saying about CP13 and I am loathe to trade him out and I know it will cost me trades later on but may have to pull the trigger on him , I know once I do Merrin will pull out again with a bout of something.

I didn't realise my score was that good mate. It was only the 111th highest score of the round, so I was a long way off the money.

I will probably hold CP13 until Origin arrives and see how he is travelling at that stage. His minutes and scores traditionally drop over the Origin period, and if he is no longer a genuine keeper then that would be a good time to give him the flick, if neccessary.

In the meantime, even though he is NOT captain material atm, he should keep pumping out scores in the 40's and 50's, and if he gets more minutes (and starts kicking some goals too) then he MIGHT regain his usual points-scoring form and remain a keeper. The good thing about a keeper is even if their price goes down, you CAN'T lose money if you DON'T sell them.

P.S. How is CP13 going in NRLF (I assume it's the same problem there too) and what are people doing about him in that game?

Totally agree about waiting for origin to make a decision about Parker, I've got him in Fantasy as well and will be doing the same thing with him in that.
I'm back to loving the 3 game score changes, everything is so much more predictable.

Smart man Krumpy. CP13 deserves some loyalty.

I much prefer the 3-game price changes of VSDT. The 1-game price changes in NRLF is my main gripe with NRLF. It creates an air of panic trading, which I HATE.

Haha. Excellent advice mate. Very Happy

I did have a quick look in the NRLF thread a short while ago but all the panic stressed me out too much, so I beat a hasty retreat to the calm and ordered world of VSDT. Wink haha

Nah mate all good - just want JTurbo in my side and having trouble squeezing him in might best to be patient and play the waiting game - not my strong point however.Gone with Sam Mataora at the moment , I can get him in ( Jake ) via Turner or Jacob Saifiti but dont want to do that either scratch

Think I will now go JSaifiti > JTurbo pick up the same amount of dough roughly but an extra 20pts hopefully.Sound about right ?

Interesting Garvey is not nearly the buy in VSDT he was in NRL Fantasy. Missed and ineffective tackles really drag down his VSDT score. I assumed he would be a must have this week but I'm not so sure. My assistant coach subscription seems to have shat itself: what's his predicted price rise?

Thought he was gonna be my first trade but on closer inspection maybe not due to not sure how long he will be there ? BE is -29 , rise of about 30 / 40k not sure what to do there Parcell maybe ?

Yes. I want to grab one of the two I think. What's Parcell's BE/projected cash increase? His job security vs Garvey appeals, even if we'be missed his first price rise. I need to do a second trade to generate cash to bring him in though.

Matt Parcell BE = -11 and about 30k I think , also toying with running Carter there BE +1 and 25K or there abouts but as a Bunny supporter if he keeps giving away penalties Madge will give him the flick from the side ASAP I think injuries are saving him ATM.

My WFB/CTR here are a bit of a mess

Have Brown, Green, Scott, Feeney all requiring attention.

Who are the best trade in targes here. Have $170k in the bank so can afford a reasonable upgrade.

Also have a few potential trades in the forwards - guys like Evans and V.Leuluai

How is Jordan Rankin,s position Milchy stable? may not be the best option but not the worst fact he is DPP helps, in forwards Sam Mataora looks like a viable get , I think after all my mucking around I will get him in this weekend.

    My two cents Milchy:

Hold Scott (he will eventually get a run and make money).

Sell Green (waste of space and money).

Buy Pat Mat (looks good) and maybe H.Hunt (for either Brown or Feeney) if you need a decent second centre (I think his job security is ok atm, and he is scoring well and making money).

I have both Pat Mat and H.Hunt and I am very happy with them. I just hope I haven't unleashed the KOD on them with my positive comments. Wink

P.S. I have V.Leuluai and B.Henry out of action in the forwards and I'm waiting for D.Saifiti (genuine cash cow with a good future) and B.Lawrence (a bargain at his current price if he can remain fit, get some decent minutes, and find his old DT form) to return for their 3rd games.

Agree re Hunt ST he has been solid in both Fantasy games as well as on the field a nice surprise all round , cant comment on Pat Mat as not too familiar with him .............
