My opinion;
Don't waste a trade making 60k in the centres while you have Capewell, Peachey & Bird there.

Sell Cleary for DCE or SJ (or other) and upgrade Simpkin to Hunt (or other).

Then hope Burton makes enough cash to get close enough to bring back Cleary in 2 trades later !!

How's everyone looking in their eliminator matchups this week? I think I'll be ok in mine (my predicted score has the win by about 200), but it will be interesting since our only common player was Tedesco.

I have about 6 differentials with my opponent so could go either way. I know it’s probably a dick move but who likes messing around with their team to try and put your opponent off? I.e changing captains and players around? (Presuming your opponent actually looks at your live team)

I'm going to struggle big time. I captained Hughes as a POD and look like getting done by 200

Was concerned with my opponent as they have plenty of top tier players (Turbo, Crichton etc), but they haven't moved them off the bench and some of his average players have played so they must not have been active. Has Gutho as Captain currently. Changed my VC to Hynes last minute last night, but think I'll still roll the dice with DCE

Edit: has since moved things around, and has the C on Turbo now which I'm going to match. He's stuck with the scores from last night though

I was feeling okay about Eliminator but looking at what happened last night he's projected to win and I might already be toast. It's an amazing contest. We only share Ipap as our sole common player. Madness. The problem that presented itself last night is that he only had Hynes who got a sexy 62, whereas I had and played Crichton (49), TKO (38), Sitili (27) and Teddy (26). He has maybe two players that might drop a 20-ish score, but otherwise we both have players that should perform well, so I'd have to trust the projection and concede this may be my final week in the Eliminator. He's captained Turbo and I've gone Fifita. That could be telling too.

Wow, another one. I have Tohu, he doesn't. Gonna get destroyed this week.

Yeah did the same. My eliminator is now on a knifes edge.

Well. This will be interesting. My opponent captained Ipap for a cool 140 points more than my captain... it's going to be a close one.

I'm 8/365 and he's 4/264. Only nothing short of a miracle gets me through this one. Sitilli, Teddy, Capewell and Tohu all piling on the disappointment.

Same here. Cooked. I haven't completely given up hope, but I'm 150 behind with SJ, CHN, Haas, Peachey and Twal vs. Niu, Moylan, Barnett and Laurie....

Burton and Peachey cost me a couple of H2Hs I could have otherwise won, but through in the Eliminator easily so that's a bonus.
