Love the support R&T, good shit.

On a personal note, if you were to trade Uto or Alvaro this week, who would it be? I'm thinking Alvaro, solely cuz he's worth more. Think it's BMoz-Walsh and Alvaro-Haas for me this week

Uto is more likely to score points from a rampaging try and Alvaro seems to be loosing minutes with McGuire around.

I'm an Uto owner and I wont be selling him prior to rnd 13 (unless something changes). Dont own Alvaro and so havent follwed his scoring. That said, a quick look now, with a BE of 50, and scoring which has tapered off a bit. Plus what others have said, seems like Alvaro is the easy tradeout answer!

Surprisingly moved up the rankings (now 15th) with a score of 1,009. Had a bunch of players score poorly, but perhaps they were all highly owned and used in 17s... (S Walker, D Laurie, Welch, A Crichton, C Watson).

Have max traded so far, but will probably continue to do so, so long as there are obvious trades I need to make. $400k + in the bank so should be able to bring in two playing 17 upgrades. Thinking Matterson and perhaps Doueihi?

How are others going, and what moves you thinking of making this round? early days I know, pending TLT and charges, but still fun to have a play already!!

Yeah will have to await TLT but my notes from the previous page still stand - just a pity I didn't get Doueihi then but in fairness, I definitely didn't foresee his score from the weekend.

Mahoney was already on my watchlist but probably becomes more affordable now - although, I am paying more and more attention to the risk of subsequent HIA's.

In term's of rankings, like yourself RnT, I thought I was having a dud round part way through (because I had a mix of below and above average scores) but managed to move up to 8th overall with a 1,033 (thanks in part to Turbo).

Have banked about 3 or 4 trades along the way and until now my strategy has been to completely disregard Rd 13 when comparing players (to avoid any bye bias affecting my selections) - but will start loading up now, I will likely get McGuire in this week as a result.

That's a great score. I broke my streak of 100+ rank gains a week by only improving by 3, so my 961 must have been about par.

I was lucky to get rid of Welch two weeks ago cuz yeah he was going OK-but-not-great. With that amount of bank you could have almost anyone you want I imagine. Matto is great if he stays on the park and Douiehi is in a purple patch so big good options I think!

i cashed up last week by trading out Papy to Walsh. Looking at a couple of round 13 forwards - Matterson, TPJ, JFH, Klemmer maybe (got McGuire last week).

Yeah, I think this season might be decided by a few key player decisions - e.g. Mahoney vs Koroisau (rior to 13=) and then what two hookers to run thereafter?, A whole bunch of forward options now and leading up to 13: McGuire, Tolo, Lucy, Matterson, Klemmer etc, and then crucially, how things play out at WFB - do those that kept Pappy and/or Teddy get rewarded or not? As always scores are tight up top, so a 5 point better player on average for the rest of the season = +75 points give or take. Get a couple of those right (compared to everyone else)and that could be the difference.

Crazy how much less carnage there is over here only out is Fifita and options aplenty for him. Meanwhile my NRLF team is in tatters.

Edit: blatantly lied, Capewell is out too but also easily replaced.

Its another reason I like VSDT. Its more forgiving given you have subs (often multiple) in each position to cover injury. NRLF sounds like a shit show this year with people making trades almost every week just to cover the bloody C position..., That would do my head in.

My plans have had to change though for this week. Fifita and Capewell out, and the Douihi reshuffle at the Tigers, Im gonna need to find a WFB now.

It's taking everything in my being not to trade Twal to Tohu. Very disappointing trade in at this juncture. Either that or I could sideways trade Fifita and just assume I'll be able to get him back later

I'll sit on Fifita here and hope I can get past origin in the eliminator.
