I have Hoppa too atm in my first/only draft. Not exciting in terms of guns/cows, but I like that he’s fairly cheap and very reliable. Will replace if more value emerges

Option A: Matterson + Munster + 246k

Option B: Lodge + Cleary + Hetherington (assuming Haas gets suspended for a few weeks)

Think I'm going with SST from the start. I can't see him playing any less than 50 minutes as the main goalkicker, and he has a pretty G average if he plays 60 minutes (not even factoring in 4-6 points from goals).

Yeah I’m not sure where they play him and if he will even last? I’m not at all happy with him but fills a space until someone puts their hand up.

Just on Laurie I’ve been over to the Tigers forum and they reckon Mbye starts in the 1 and Laurie will be eased in maybe with the first few games in reserve grade.

I’d like Teddy and Tommy T I think but fitting Teddy in depends on getting a cheaper 3rd WFB. May have to try see if I can get by in that 3rd WFB spot with Isaako if no one else pops up!

Hopefully more cheapies become available so I can fit someone like a Hopoate in but as of right now I can’t fit him in.

Anyone else keen on Momorovski at 368k for one of your centre spots? I think MTB was keen but no one else from I’ve read seem to have mentioned him.

Yeah I just downgraded Murray , not sure who too yet eyeing Garner how do you see him fitting into the new look Tiger team, but Nui and Bird don’t give me any confidence whatsoever.

He was pretty timid when he got a chance last year. Poor bloke came into a fkd up side too.

Looks a bit more filled out from what ive seen of training.

Admittedly his two poor scores (when he started fb), the Broncos were WOEFUL, got thrashed by the titans at suncorp (and niu got hooked for whatever reason, i remember that and was angry at the time because hed been fine), and THAT game when the tigers beat us 48 nil lololol.

I dont doubt hes got plenty of 20s in him. I guess you have to think we wont be as bad as last year.. but who knows. At ctr he can hopefully pick up cheap points even in a bad loss

Thats the thing too, weve got older heads like copley and mead as backups. If we lose two or three early then kevy will make changes and theyd probably be the first to come in, as uninspiring as those selections would be.

Same goes for Averillo really, Lewis or Wakeham could be at 6 by round 3
