There were games he got named at prop but played on the edge and Tohu played prop instead

Tex Hoy, Matt Lodge, Maybe Stimson/Hetherington. Possibly Daine Laurie depending on how Doueihi coming back effects Mbye.

You don't want to be in a position in round 4 or 5 when a bunch of your players get benched/dropped.

Hoy is very tempting but still a risk. Ponga could be back early or Hoy could have a low scoring game which slows down the amount of cash he makes before he's out of the team.

Looking at Averillo and job security if named at 6 in round 1. Waiting to take that spot if he falters at all are Wakeham and Lewis. Was one of the least secure positions in all of the comp last season, with a revolving door of who filled it each week.

If he is forced out of the 6, he won't be walking into a center spot ahead of either Cotric or Hopo. Would either go to the bench, or out of the 17.

Add in the risk of Burton arriving early and I am thinking I will give him a miss.

Unless Dean Pay or Steve Georgallis make a return to the coaches box at the Bulldogs, I wouldn't place too much bearing on last years (joint bottom) team's selection process...

I agree about Burton though, starting to get a strong feeling that he'll be at the Bulldogs before the season kicks off.

He’s still better than most cheap options. I hate centre this year!

I've got a mate who reckons your mate was looking at the team lists but not checking where they played during the game.....allegedly

The edges are the bits of grass closest to the sideline right?...checking for a mate

Also my mate reckons that the more people are going off the Milf the more he wants to be a contrarian

Any one thinking J Brailey is Levi for 2021? I know we are all talking up the potential of 80min, but checked out his stats from 2019 when playing 60+ minutes at hooker he is only averaging 44. Is that good enough from a potentially 80min hooker, if indeed he gets that best case scenario.

Given he’s priced at 30.6, 13 points of value seems pretty good

He also hasn’t played under 6 again so probably adds another 2-3 points average from more tackling

So no to Brailey being Levi

It is in line with his brother, who averaged 44 last season. Decent for a guy priced at 31.

Wildly optimistic. He wont break 46, but at least has a solid floor of 46.

Not getting the lack of love for Leota, while his other middle starters play big minutes, he has a high PPM and his minutes will increase this season from 33 average last year, to likely 40-45 this year, with great job security.

    Don't see enough upside.

Priced at 34 and his average in 40+ mins is 39.3 in 42 mins on average. Ave as starting prop in 40+ mins is 42 in 42 mins on average but only a 3 game sample size. Is another 5 mins on top of that enough to be worth it? He's never played 50+ minutes so no data on that.
