I can't see him playing 80 minutes with that sharks pack. Have lots of big minute forwards and strong high impact middles off the bench.
Would mean splitting max 60 minutes between Fifita, Uele and Rudolf (assuming 50 minutes for each of woods and tolman).

No he doesn't but he's busy and loves a dart. 45 average in games over 50 minutes. 53 when over 60. Never gone over 70 minutes

Just needs to stay injury free mate

I honestly don't think Woods and Tolman have 50 minutes in them anymore. Actually, they ain't worth 50 minutes combined!

I floated around a bit last year but as I said to Welshy, I just never had time for anything honestly! Thank goodness I have friends that we're prepared to come to me otherwise I doubt I would've seen anyone other than the wife for a solid year. I literally ate dinner in the work shed most nights. Got to listen to the footy on the wireless though!

Am glad to be back, and all going as it should I'll be able to get back to old Mearcat standards of contribution and banter! jocolor

Yeah an average of 60 minutes for Tolman and 52 for Woods, so they are both taking a minutes reduction in that scenario.

In my team today. Averaged 57 from round 11 onwards, the same as Moses did for the season, but $100k less cost and plays round 13. Team is on the up, will be putting Fifita into holes.

Whether he played it or not, I stand by my point. Both plodders by definition. If the sharks give em those sorta minutes then they've got problems.

Likely starting and bench mids minutes for sharks last season:
    Tolman 60
    Woods 52
    McInnes 79
Fifita 33 (down from 51+ every other year)
    Hamlin Uele 43
    Rudolf 46

Total minutes last season - 313
    Minutes available - 240
    Significantly over-subscribed

My expected minutes would have to be something like:
    Tolman 50
    Woods 45
    McInnes 60
    Fifita 30
    Hamlin Uele 30
    Rudolf 25

Wouldn't surprise to see a rotation policy through the season either, giving guys like Williams, Talakai and Hunt game time as well, a bit like the Raiders do. Pele was also being heavily talked up by Morris in pre-season.
