If it’s Oates and you start with him as your 3rd WFB issue is by round 3 it could be Riki starting.....

Will be interesting to see whether Oates or Riki starts on the edge as well.

Is Milford looking like he will be ok for round 1?
I may take a big gamble and have him as my 3rd half..... just don’t know what he will do though it’s a total lottery!

Everyone has same information mate, end of day most picks where all the stats are so similar it's down to luck in picking Player A over Player B. Just got to learn to suck up the bad choices and high 5 the good ones.

Davey has been in all my starting drafts and hasn’t moved so it’s probs likely he goes down soon! The Pascoe Fiasco wrote:I just dropped Matterson for Cleary -so much value at Edge this year!

Just checked the draw didn’t realise geez Brisbane have a very rough draw first half of the year.
If they can be only just outside the 8 halfway through the season Kevvie will have done a great job.

Absolute worst case scenario with Milford is that he's as bad as he was last year. Don't think it's a huge gamble.
Obviously the time when we know he's fit for round one is TLT but I'm planning as if it's a "yes". It's only a hand injury so won't effect his overall fitness/conditioning.

I'm finding hard to find value other than blore, davey and misila. Who else are you keen on?

Riki, Oates, Stimson, Waddell, Ford, BSironen, CHN, Gos
obviously varying degrees of value and tied to positional and roles, but plenty there

It all depends on TLT but Davey, Koala, Waddell (as of tonight) plus Riki, Blore somewhere in my reserves at present. Hoping Joffa gets lock and Saints can assist too. BMM is in my Mids at present. Fortunately nothing is set in stone so my team changes daily. Gilbert was a big loss. Edge and HOK looks like pretty good value compared to HB so Cleary and Munster look the best way to go.Holy Moly wrote:

gilbert is a big out for my side, was expecting some decent returns on price, even gut feel he could of really pushed on
Would of been one of my picks to edge on gun territory in that MID (50+)

Yeah, I'm not keen on milford, lam, brooks or moylan. Currently running cleary and cherry-evans and it looks soooo nice!

Still haven't pushed Cleary into side, will have to soon because its a huge chunk of change and alters the team dynamic a lot so a few drafts will be required to fell good about a new team balance if I decide to start season with him

He was definitel a disappointing loss, but I like getting this kind of news early rather than after TLT.

Easy to move things around but tough to replace the points I hoped from him with equal value $$$

Tough to look past Moylan currently at price vs point potential. Even with huge injury risk and dpp
Lam I backed to at least replicate Flanno and his scoring minus GK so have him around the 45-48 point range in that Roosters side

I read somewhere that hutchinson?? is seen as the future hlf at the roosters and so am concerned that Lam's position mightn't be secure. And, if Lam went down it'd be hard to find a replacement at that price in a pretty important position.
