Possibly, but could be BMM. Think both would have been bench behind Tohu/Katoa, so whichever is looking best.

I thought BMM was favoured as starting prop?

    I've read that too.

He's better suited to impact player imo. He's fucking huge and I know he killed it in Super League (when he wasn't injured, which is another thing) but I'd worry about him playing out wide in a much faster competition.

Also looked into his scoring in internationals as a starting player Vs good opposition and it wasn't too pretty. About what he's priced at, from memory.

Does anyone know where Farnworth will be playing this year?

His scores at CTR are quite appealing. If he was guaranteed to play there, you would have to consider him right?

Had a good look at JFH, thought he had gone closer to 60 previously. Over 60 minutes and his average is 60. 54 last season under same circumstances. If he gets those BIG minutes all season with no Tamou he is value

Held him for most of last year and he was very solid for the first half of the season but started to tail off towards the end (fatigue?) culminating in the one stint 28 points (25 mins) for the last round (which contributed to knobbling my overall ranking)

I reckon he could be good value leading up to Origin/Byes. New season, all refreshed and being the pack leader. He does play at a million kms an hour so I'm not really surprised he slowed last year given the season structure.

Just makes who-ever does get a start on the edge riskier to pick, as they may not be the first choice when he is back.

I think part of that slowing was that Cleary managed his gun players minutes at the back end of the season, rather than doing Roosters style “give Tedesco the week off”. So JFH mins dropped a few times, Koro had a few 60 min games too. Although fatigue could be an element as well.

I’m warming to him as a pick - think I’ll have one of SST or JFH come R1

I see Leniu as more of a slow burn - probably won't be ready to cash out until byes start

You would struggle to find a starting edge that doesn't average atleast 30, that puts them both 12 points under priced.

If I wanted a scoring player I'd be hard pressed to start any of the 3, but like Blore/Hola better as cows

You'd assume he'll be at CTR at least until Staggs is back.

Yeah, true. Eye socket is 4-10 weeks (via NRL Physio when Bateman did it) so depends on severity.

You can probably scratch Penrith's last round when they had the ladder sewn up.

Not directly fantasy relevant but Jack A Williams had a throat injury with suspected nerve damage, and needed to be placed in an induced coma to assist with breathing

He seems fine now, which is great news.

Eddie Blacker is facing a 4 week ban for attacking the head with his forearm from the contact that caused the injury.

The twist - he was carrying the footy, not the tackler. I’ve watched the video HERE on a tiny screen with no sound, so could be missing something, but to me this is just a regular fend?

Interesting precedent if normal footy plays become suspension worthy if they happen to cause serious injury.

Eels - Matterson as a premium, Oldfield as a cheapie.

Looks like contact is with the elbow if that makes a difference? Fending with your elbow to someone's throat seems like it would carry a penalty. Definitely doesn't look like there is any intent there though.

Opacic is ahead at the moment. Oldfield would be better fantasy wise. Will Penisini may get a contract upgrade but is not quite ready yet, but is a lock in when he is
