Finally landed on a WFB I can be happy with until TLT. I will probably be criticised again for having too many mid-rangers, however, I did try to take the criticism on board from last time. No changes from now until TLT,

    Watson (C)
    Twal Crichton (VC) Paulo
    Fifita Capewell
    Lam Brooks
    Peachey Momirovski
    Hoy Papenhuyzen Isaako

    Turpin Liddle Riki Milford

    Koloamatangi Averillo Niu Simpkin

I would captain Crichton ahead of Watson. Interesting team, probably the closest I have seen to my team with 11 players the same.

What's all the interest in Capewell? I know he's firming to get 80 minutes but he is at an awkward price in the mid 500's and his DPP got removed.

I was interested in Capewell before firming to get 80. Firming to get 80 just confirmed it

I have Opacic in my team & after watching him last night he hardly got any ball mainly because the attack didn't click. They have swapped players around like the halves & edge forwards & the team didn't look like it had gelled. Opacic did score a try which was lucky but he still had to score & his acceleration & speed got him there. He's fast & if any half gap appears he'll take it. Atm I'm keeping him but I am a bit sceptical. Thoughts & thanks.

I think he’s a great pick. Solid defender, good speed, decent job security and a great attacking team that plays the first bye. Only downside is no dpp in a position where flexibility is valuable.

I am keen on capewell but only a small sample size that most of this optimism is coming from and multiple scores below 15 playing 80 at second row does make me a bit less keen.

That article is dated February 5.
Not sure I’d be putting much faith in it, especially coming from Hooper.

Laurie's scored a double in 11 minutes which has to help his first grade chances.
