They're not so secret. Have been pretty open with them and the reasoning behind them, despite others trying to rubbish them. It means my team structure is very different to everyone elses. Lots of players in the $5-600k range.Mighty Fishes wrote:

If DCE was goal kicker that would equate to an extra 6-8 points for the season.Holy Moly wrote:
I've had that halves pairing for a while. Cleary for captaincy and Cherry-Evans for being a step above Moses with potentially more points from no Turbo and I think I heard he might be goal kicking???

One game over 40 minutes he scored two tries and 80 odd points but only making 15 tackles. Doesn’t sound like “high working rate to me” thank fuck he scored those two tries otherwise his score would have been pitiful.
The games he scored tries definitely boost his average and there was a game there that was just tackles and run metres and he scored 45. Well under the 58 average

To average 58 you are going to have some big scores with tries and some 45s without tries, no surprises there. In a game they won 42-6 there wasn't much tackling to be done.Mighty Fishes wrote:

Compare his bigger minute game scores with a guy like Paulo. His > 40 minutes scoring average is 1 point more than his > 60 minute scoring. Last season he was a guy that had less impact the longer he played. NAS just keeps up the work rate when playing big minutes. Smith moving to hooker should provide the opportunity for him, if named as starting prop again like he was in the trial.

I can see him taking on more workload though, tackles, hit ups, going to want the ball in hand more often, taking the line on. Fitness has a lot to do with edges that started taking on tackling in the middle last season, with the faster game, to help their props out, Harris, Crichton and Capewell leading the way. He has the potential to take on that kind of role with the higher fitness level.
You may be right, but it's just so hard to get it right. I'd rather just pay a bit more and get a genuine gun rather than an almost gun and downgrade another almost gun to a cash cow. After filling my team with cows and guns there's inevitably a couple of midrangers that have to be picked. I definitely think there's something to it though, more with the middles and like sajjos (?) said, I'm on fatty watch, haha.

I don't think it is at all unrealistic to expect a guy like Leilua who has had a total body transformation to be much, much fitter this season, to gain an extra 7 points per game to hit a 60 average, which is keeper range for his position. I already have Crichton, Fifita, Capewell and Riki as edges, so would be really loading up to add Lucy as well.Mulvy wrote:

Re: NRL Fantasy 2021 Part 7 - Trial edition
Has there ever been any talk around the forum of introducing something to similar to renegades by putting FF in front of all our team names or something.
Would look pretty cool to see all the FF dominating up the top of the leaderboard.

Quite a few of us have in the past. Not a great percentage as other pages though as they made it compulsory to have the tag to join Leagues/cash comps etc.

last year he only went over 30 tackles once. Other than that he his tackle count is actually surprising low for a forward even when the game sped up and he was playing big minutes. I think I’ll go with someone with a higher work rate.

8.5/10.
I don't like Latrell, Lodge, Alvaro. But the team structure is similar to mine and I dislike mine for the same positions so I'm afraid I can't really help.

I already put some form of it, but I put NRLFF Random for this year.
