Big boost to Ofa from what I saw too. Still think I’ll get the Milf but he’s tempting.
I’m very tempted to bring in Ofa and Leniu this week. Think I need bit more ooomph at the top end

He went off briefly, hurt his eye or something. Think Raiders played with 12 men so they didn't have to use an interchange from the trainer stoppage.

Might be remembering wrong but I feel it's been almost a consistent thing the last few years where scores have almost completely reversed between week 2 and 1.

Lodge replacement needs to be someone who will actually play for at least 4 or so weeks. Don't have that faith in Fui. Leniu looks alright but Ofa will probably remain a pod option since it seems a lot of people headed into the round at nearly $0 bank forcing their hand.

This, had an eye poke so they played with 12 while they checked there wasn't any damage

Yeah, 900s are mid-season, but most of the 900s are because of Cleary. If he'd had a quiet 60 we'd mainly be in the mid-800s.

Really annoyed I couldn’t find a spot for Liddle this week. Really should have played him over Lam in hindsight but thoughts were elsewhere the majority of the week

A quiet 60. Mental that is genuinely what Cleary has become Laugh 3

880, all my PODs went well except for NAS, was just missing some highly owned over-performers and had some of the poorest performing highly owned players, especially in the centers.

Dont need too much to change for things to turn around next week.

    Really happy with these PODs:
    Tapine 74
    Fog 63
    Cotric 46
    Alvaro 36

    Not unhappy with:
    Capewell 50
    Leilua 52
    Turpin 53

NAS got the minutes needed for a decent score, will work out if he needs to be traded or not, to bring in Brailey.

I'm pretty stoked with my team even with a sub 900 score.
Had a few good POD picks in Milford, Brooks, Leniu, and LAM.

No, because Havilli was on the bench. The lock thing was only a chance if Starling is 14.

Really think Lucy will have to go some to better last year by enough to make him worthwhile mate, otherwise he doesn’t make enough cash and isn’t a keeper.

I expect this to be one of his lower scores and should be a keeper. Gets really involved, is their best attacking threat.

Good luck pal, just think it’s extremely tough for a pure edge rower to hit those elite edge keeper scores.

Just keep plugging away. Reason score looks bad here  as I’ve said above is there is some serious talent here and that’s what you are judging scores on after first week. The causals who have had a good R1 will fall away and most here will rise to top as similar starting teams. Just competing with some of the best back end of season then

Cheers mate. Incredible first round for some. I remember when an 800 score round 1 was very solid. Apart from Centres and Lodge, Cleary was my main mis-step. Didn't leave much itb either

Looks like I'll be a little bit short for Lodge to Ofa in one.

So probably find whatever downgrade I need amongst others to get that cash.

Crichton out as well next week means I might have to Host again, but worse things have happened.

923 for me. Pretty good round 1 score by normal standards, but a bit behind the 8 ball here. Far from a complete disaster though so plenty to work with

had one big effort that was as good as a try, shrugged off 3-4 really shitty attempts at tackles and put his winger over in the corner
