This was what I was referring to when I asked if anyone saw his post match interview, it was so good, so funny for a guy who hasn't had much air time yet. He needs more. Nothing negative in it at all. Legend.

Exactly, it was fucking hilarious. If anything the game needs more of it.

I found it offensive. Not once did he mention that the team had "given 110%", "dug deep" or mention they'd "trained well all week".

On top of that, he didn't even "give full credit to the boyz"

Disgusting. We dont need his type in the NRL if this is how he conducts himself in post game interviews.

NB: The moment he made his interview, and people jumped on here and Fb saying "did you see that interview?" If thats the reaction everyone had, no one should be surprised that this is the outcome. If you recognise it was risky, then its likely to be too risky in todays environment and he should ahve known better. Not that i endorse the outcome, but the NRL isn't going to back players saying that.

And this is the most intruiging part for me, although I guess u also may not have actually watched it - it was totally clear that he was taking the piss, not stating the facts. Both the humour being missed, and the humour not mattering are equally disappointing.

dropping Crichton over 1 week out seems reactionary, he won't lose money and presumably you'll want him back in at some point, seems to me like throwing a trade away, though i suppose if there was any fantasy player you could argue throwing a trade away over, Cleary would be that player.
Are you talking about the Panther or the Rooster? Rooster no way, but the Panther go ahead if it means you get Cleary. Panther Winger has more of a chance catching a cold than the ball, everything goes left!

Nah I watched it live. Humour wasn't lost on me but totally inappropriate and came across as cringe to my mates and I. Could have stopped at 1000 beers. He 100% wouldn't have said anything like that if he wasn't trying to be funny for Matty, Fletch, and Hindy.

Its certainly something id happily joke about with mates (as well as my female mates) but to say that on tv when the game is trying to improve its image, I 100% undertsand why its a warning from the NRL. And thats all it is, just a "be careful what ya say, mate"

Dont think you can push an image of inclusiveity and wanting more females involved in the game and then allow comments to be publicised from people that represent the game, that effextively refer to females as objects.

Tbh hadnt even heard of it all til posted here.

I reckon he's in the Tino role. Will play good minutes most of the time with a scattering of breakout games. Last season was starting prop before getting injured, ahead of Tino/NAS etc, so highly rated.

If I was after a MID, I'd take him ahead of all the options being discussed from Ofa down.

Probably because NAS was gassed. I'd reckon those minutes will go down
