    One Massive Boot:

I bought some new cleats a couple weeks back and only tried out the right boot in store. At training i noticed my left foot was too tight. Luckily I brought my old pair. Had to go back to the store to get a size up.
Funny thing is that I got $25 back as the cleats had gone on sale since I bought them.
I guess my left foot needs a bigger boot

Has Manu ever played 5/8? I can sort of remember it happening, but must have been a mid-game switch because I can't see any record of him starting in the halfs?

I would punt on Walker if I didn't have the option to loop.
Surely he would get a bunch of attacking stats in a winning team.

Did you check they hadn't just got a smaller size in the wrong box Laughing

(actually had this happen to me - was trying on different sizes of the same shoe and the assistant put them back in the box mismatched. Bought them in Brisbane and didn't realise that I had a 12 and an 11 until I was back in Bundaberg Shocked )

Frustrating that you only found out in Bundaberg...

I checked if they were the same size...I guess my left foot is slightly bigger. I may have been able to fit them if I'd shaved the hair of my left foot, but that would look silly.

Club bosses and coaches hate when their players are picked. Time away from the team and not contributing to their season - plus injury risk

But, also a great marketing opportunity for the club brand. Pros / Cons.
Players want the $50k for the 3 games, coaches like the uptick in player's professionalism etc. after a week in camp with the 'best of the best' and while teams hate the idea of injuries, as a TV product with advertising $ linked to publicity, having an SOO player on the roster is a definite bonus.
Look at the Roosters, Storm, Broncos in their glory days - having multiple SOO players just made their team more appealing for players and sponsors alike.

Yeah, he definitely played at least one game at 5/8, could have been in 2019??
But, I do remember he carved it up, big running 5/8. a bit like Wighton.
JS is the main issue, surely Trent will want his 3/4 line back in the groove ASAP.

I wanted to like it, but then I would have felt dirty considering the spelling error.
