Wow I'm very surprised about that decision. Not only should it have been a penalty, I think Papy knocked the ball backwards and it should be play-on.

The drop ball might have gone backwards, but I don't think you can penalise Croft for tackling mid air. Contact was 100% initiated by Papenhuyzen jumping into Croft.
If player safety is an issue it would have been more dangerous if Croft had tried to avoid touching him
