Rapana was tackled and had his body about parallel to the ground and then threw his legs up in the air to get the penalty (at least that's what it looked like to me).
Wasn't driven into the ground, ref blew the whistle while he was in the air and players set him down nicely.

Well.... it wasn't really. Ref called penalty before anything happened to Rapana. But Herbert had him around the midrift and lifted him straight up in the air. Worth watching the replay for the lols.Mighty Fishes wrote:
