I've got plenty of cash itb at the moment, i'll have a think about it.. i already have Teddy, Mitchell, and Laurie. With Hoy and Niu as back-up. I could trade Hoy for Papenhuyzen if Ponga is back next round. I'm not expecting Papy to score 4 easy tries every week though

    Is he a must have?

At his starting price, he always was, cob. Certainly not going to score four tries every week but not an ounce of doubt he'll be in top 3 WFB this year.

At their prices, he and Fifita were two dudes I never once did not consider starting with.

Shame I fucked up almost every single other decision, though, lol.

He'll be 800k next week and have a near-zero BE leading into a game against the Bulldogs. His price will ultimately come down, but not for a while.

@standard-issue or @randomsil - could you change the banner when you're free.

That's the least time I've put into a banner and it's by far my favourite of the ones I've done.

Welch creeps up to 52. Would you keep him another week or is it time he became Paulo /Klemmer! I know he’s up against the Dogs next week, that’s about all that will save him.

Reimis missing out on the action is it a bit of a bummer but oh well 23 will do. Will flick him after the Bulldhos game next week.

As for Lodge. Hmmmm maybe not an Alvaro like cash cow

He's also on their less dominant side in attack, and when they do go there he appears to often be a decoy runner for Jennings. They do try and kick to him sometimes, but he hasn't exactly shown he's at Tupou levels of catching, despite being quite tall.

He's also really lazy and takes one hit-up every 2-3 sets, but seemingly only because it's "his job". I often see him just standing around near the play the ball, waiting for his team-mates to do stuff. I'd rather have someone who gets busy who threatens getting some points.

With all that said though - he's the least of my concerns so I'll probably just keep him all year unless another Bradman Best cash cow turns up.

Yeah I only played him due to the matchup and Roberts being in some doubt locked it in. All good a 38 average at CTR for the week will do fine.

Just realised Niu outscored him in EMG! Ouch haha

Yeah Momo is defintely carrying his weight so far this season.

Despite his mediocrity, he is in the best system in the competition, and has definite upside, so I guess we just gotta wait for those games where he nabs a double and gets 60.

Problem is he will be in EMG when that happens 😂

Lodge will make money playing 50 minutes won’t he?
Surely I shouldn’t be selling after his first week back?

After this week he'll be priced somewhere around the 27 mark. Does he score higher than that? Probably. For you to decide.

He was always a fair chance to start slow, especially as middles seem to typically go unders against the Storm.
Probably also needs to build up confidence in his legs, because those run metres weren't great.

If he's playing 50 minutes each week, he should work his way up to a 40 average you'd think, so long as his body stays in one piece...

I have no intention to sell anytime soon

Roberts was given the okay to play well before the Storm v Broncos kicked off.

I’m stunned people still have Lodge. He is starting, so he will keep making money, but very slowly. No point selling him unless he’s in your 17.
