Would Penrith fight it? I guess not since they are winning and May can slot into centres.

FalconSloth wrote:If there is higher scoring across the round does that mean

    a) player that get higher than their BE go up more and players that get below their BE drop more
    b) player that get higher than their BE go up more and players that get below their BE drop less
    c) player that get higher than their BE go up less and players that get below their BE drop more
    d) player that get higher than their BE go up less and players that get below their BE drop less

Just to be pedantic, players that go higher than their BE will always go up, and players that get lower than their BE will always go down.
What changes is that the actual BE can be different to what me/mtb/fantasy coach have published.

If the round is higher scoring than predicted, then BEs will be higher than published. So people who have gone higher than their BE by only a little bit, may actually have failed to meet their BE (Jordan Riki is one to watch for in this round. He may actually have fallen just short of the score he needs in order to rise in price)

Break Evens don't change quite in proportion to each other - people who cost more will see a bigger change in BE when the MN changes. Because BE depends on what average a player is priced at, and if the cost of a point goes from $13,000 to $12,500 that has a bigger impact in the priced average of a $1milliion (from 77 to 83) player compared to a $400k player (from 31 to 33)

Myself and mtb tend to use a lower MN than official fantasy coach predictions. So in general if the round is higher scoring (by current standards) then mtb and myself will be more accurate. If the round is low scoring, then fantasy coach will be more accurate.

They can even pick Naden if they want to. He has served his 4 game first grade ban

Or they can move Crichton to centre and pick another fullback

Edwards not far off either, Panthers injury update during the week said Koro and Edwards should be good for round 8

(so that means they'll probably play next week???? haha)

    Yes.

It's also been used in the past when players got injured in the same game as they got charged and were going to miss matches anyway

Hey @my tv broke would it be possible to add an extra column that shows the amount of $ lost/gain comparing the BE against the points scored that round on your website instead of the the 3 round average price predictor?

I've always preferred fantasy because it was more difficult to play & you had to earn your points so you had to do your research which was the fun part for me. Previously cracking 900 was a great effort but now it seems 1050+ is the new 900.
    I agree. I hate supercoach for all it's over-scoring.

It's good having high scoring halves though, because it reflects how influential halves are to real life. Annoying though how you can just boot it heaps and it's worth so much. Miss the good old 60s is top tier days
