I still think Tohu is the better buy based on pedigree and DPP. I feel like that Bye coverage is the only positive for Ipap. He has to improve even further to make enough money to make him worth bringing in then sell again, unless you consider him a keeper. Matto is out, so no guarantee he holds the spot, despite how well he is playing. I was at the raiders game. he spent ALOT of time on the wing, hands on head.

Disclaimer, i own him, but have for the last 4 rounds.

IPap also has DPP. And honestly, bloke was averaging 50 off the bench when Matto was there. Even if I don't decide to keep him that's plenty fine for my bench everyday.

Tohu is awesome tho, I needed the rd13 cover and a bit of a cash grab. I have also spent sweet FA trades so far this season so am able to offload if need be

Even the first two weeks, he was putting up keeper scores off the bench. There's nothing to say come round 17 you swap him for Harris and be done with it.

Scored 51 in his only start in the second row where he hasn't scored a try this season. 4 tries in 3 games surely unsistainable. Long term average on the edge is 47.5, albeit in a different team & different rules so big grain of salt. Matto is always a threat and hard to think of many bench middles who can sustain a 50+ avg.

In his favour is DPP, R13, low BE, and an excellent draw, so do understand the temptation.

The game he scored 51 he was moved to the centres for the second half.

Yeah, I'm all over that. People told me Fatrell was priced right, Cleary was priced right etc etc and I've come out in front there so I'll keep rolling dice.

I like the way you think. I've used a truckload of trades on the other hand but I reckon he's a keep in your 14-17, especially with the DPP.

Who makes more money this week?

    Tohu - Moses - Luciano.

Or just go Moses under the premise he makes more cash longterm.

In all honesty, I'm not arguing against Tohu. Guy is a gun. Reliable AF with the 60avg and an opportunity to score a bit more with a try occasionally.

My situation and personal opinion was and is that I can get what I need out of IPap at 20k cheaper, with a low BE, a good upcoming draw and fill a rd13 spot. If he stays there he stays in my squad, if things change I'll roll with the punches.

One of the first two. They're probably at as good a price as you'll be able to get them for.

I'm leaning heavily towards Moses this week. Break even in the high 40's, average of 62 as an 80 minute half this year. Think he's just about bottomed out.

    At once infuriating and encouraging.

Infuriating to know someone ranked so far ahead of me can make such an obvious mistake.

Encouraging to remember that one or two mistakes don't necessarily define your season and preclude you from a good rank.

To be fair this mistake will bite later...
