in the same boat at the moment but with Hampton. Currently have hampton but can still make the move to Nofo.
Hampton coming in means I can run a sneaky little Hampton/Roberts loopy for a couple of games after this week hopefully.

Same. Hampton's centre coverage and low BE is tipping me in his favour. Teeth posting that mention about him being in minor doubt is playing on my mind though. Even though it's probably all BS. Hopefully Clifford drops out of the 21 before the Broncos game but I know he's been the 18th reserve so he will probably stay in regardless.

Oh why do you do this to me, can't find anything online about him being out. Let's hope clifford drops out. Prob only week i'll be playing him but still would like him to keep making some cash!

Jumping Marlin wrote:Random thought for the day, prompted by a comment attributed to Knights coach Adam O'Brien in todays paper.
O'Brien essentially said: Panthers are so well drilled in attack they can form their patterns so quickly and run them play after play. We (Knights) need to aim to get there. Lots of work to get so well drilled.
Likewise, Trent Robinson often talks about his defensive system as a like a living breathing organism, that take a truckload of training to get right.
So, when someone like Josh McGuire moves to the Dragons and gets picked with 4 days of arriving, does it mean:
a) Hook is crazy. He should have McGuire learning the St George systems for weeks before setting foot on the ground playing first grade; or
b) Hook is crazy. All those guys who trained and bonded all pre-season get shown it was for nothing. An outsider can come in and get a game at me or my mates expense; or
c) O'Brien and Robinson are crazy. They sprout stuff to the press to make them sound good - anyone can fit in quickly and systems not so important as long; or
d) I'm crazy and shouldn't pollute the site with meaningless random thoughts.

Yeah sorry. Teeth mentioned he heard it from the podcast he listens too but there's literally nothing else out there. I think they muppets may have just said that from when he got winded last week. he played on though so I'm thinking they are trying to bulk up their shit with that perhaps? I've found this article posted 2 days ago. there's audio but I'm at work so wont' be able to listen to it. Judging by what it reads, unless he mentions something, I think it's all pure speculation.
