Punishing week this week. Dropped out of the top 1000 and have so many annoying issues with my team. Danny Levi you dead set pest. Please go away. Turpin was looking good to hold until rd 13....now, not so much....

Summary of judiciary:
Talakai: 4 early plea, 6 if unsuccessful appeal and judiciary (should take the 4 and run, IMO - pretty clear shoulder charge, don't know how its even "controversial")
Dragons have no wingers now: Pereira is 3 or 5 weeks, Rava 2 or 3 weeks.
Curran (Warriors) and Dunn (Cowboys) - 1 week each, or 2 if unsuccessful appeal
MoFo, Klemmer, Fui: fines

Well id be surprised if we play Dearden again but also surprised if Milford is back. I still have him so it would be nice.
He featured a fair bit in the highlights against the Cutters but they looked terrible and i doubt it means anything. He still tended to pass and then walk which to me suggests he doesnr have that hunger back yet.
It was more a comment on Kevvie throwing a bunch of shit at the wall and hoping something sticks. Turpin wasn't great on the weekend but the 40/40 split was unconventional and I'm not sure how productive it is. Neither was the 'extra half on the bench thing', it feels like he just needs to make a decision on his spine and ride it out for a couple of games despite results. I think he is looking for a solution that isn't really there.
Replacing one limited player mid game with a player with the same limitations seems pretty counterproductive (although counterproductive to what is probably a good question) but I suppose he has to do something.

110k spare but I’ll run out of trades early only 24 left:wolfking wrote:
Your team is actually pretty good mate. It's far from cooked compared to others.
Macca
Haas Alvaro Watson
Angus Fifita
Cleary Schuster
Bird Roberts
Teddy Hampton Laurie
Brailey Turpin Simpkin S. Walker
Uto Leniu Pap Simonsson
What do we think my most urgent trades are?
It’s not worth trading Teddy out either is it?

Ive lost 1500 ranks in 3 weeks so I’m just disappointed.
1500 ranks this early in the season means nothing, and you know it.
Now losing 10,000 ranks in 3 weeks...
Just consoling myself that every other fantasy team (various draft formats, EPL) is running good, so it's not like I'm outright bad and there is some hope.

and I'm disappointed in you mate, come on lift!!!
Honestly dude it's been a tough month or so, just dig in and do some bye planning. There is plenty of time left and plenty of points on offer.

Does Brimson play origin? Good draw ahead. We all know he can go on a bit of a tear.
Teddy to Brimson, Egan to Haas should get me some points. Probably need to try and get in Verrils or Burns though.

Even without Tohu and only 16 players, my auto fill team still did the job on my main team.

Don’t really give much thought to QLD but I assume Ponga is FB, then does he play wing/centre? Or a Papy style #14.

I don’t recommend it, it’s been a tough couple of months

Could we see something crazy like Turpin in the halves with Levi starting?

Reece Walsh could be a nice cash out option and also fill the WFB void left by teams with a mix of Papy/Teddy/Latrell.

Well dearden to the cowboys is the first puzzle piece moved
Thinking something like this could happen
Drinkwater + Reynolds to Sharks
Johnson to Broncos
Moses stays at eels
But who knows at this stage, going to be interesting

No not random, think the above is very probable but the below is good for clubs and players so doesn’t seem impossible
Drinkwater has been linked to sharks before and now Townsend+dearden is their halves pairing becomes surplus.
Sharks were close to signing him but ended up with Johnson
Johnson will want to get one last big pay check and his profile + style is probably suited to the broncos now.
Sharks have apparently offered him a lower contract until they see how he returns from injury but a large offer could see him go
If Reynolds stays in Sydney then the sharks seems to be the target and may opt for a younger running half = (drinkwater)
Think he goes alright alongside someone like Reynolds
Moses could go to the dogs but would chase a premiership so probably stays with the eels on an upgraded contract

Would u prefer Reynolds or SJ for another couple years ?
