Actually changed tact - this leaves 259k bank allowing Turpin to a gun next week if Levi takes more than expected mins off him this week:
Momi out - Opacic in
Pappy out - To'o in
Momi is out another 2 weeks & Pappy is out at least another 2 weeks so they are both sold
J. Brailey
A. Crichton, I. Papalii, Watson
Fifita, Tupouniua
Cleary (c), Sam Walker
Opacic, Bird
Tedesco, To'o, Turbo
Turpin, Simpkin, Schuster, Laurie
Alvaro, Utoi, Simonsson, Roberts

It'll influence some of my decisions like getting Moses at a bottomed out price but I won't hold someone past their sell date or get a less than ideal keeper for the sake of it either.
That's the balance isn't it. Getting a Moses this week is perfect. Bottomed out at sub 700K, season keeper and plays 13. But the other side of my mind, I know I'd want to hold the likes of Leniu, Stefan etc. just for their round 13 scores, but this could be detrimental in the long run.

https://www.espn.com.au/nrl/story/_/id/31349229/nrl-rugby-league-ryan-papenhuyzen-set-nsw-origin-bench-role
Caught short in last year's series decider, NSW State of Origin coach Brad Fittler sees Storm star Ryan Papenhuyzen as his ideal bench man for the opening clash at the MCG.
The highly rated Blues were upset by Queensland's "worst team ever" in the 2020 series, with NSW paying the price for going into the third match without a utility back among the reserves.
Fullback James Tedesco suffered a head knock midway through the first half, and five-eighth Cody Walker was another casualty, leaving the NSW attack in disarray and the Maroons clinching the series with a 20-14 victory.
Speaking on Wednesday at the State of Origin series launch in Melbourne, Fittler ruled out selecting both incumbent Walker and Penrith playmaker Jarome Luai in the line-up for the June 9 opener and said he needed a player with more versatility on the bench.
He said Walker and also Canberra five-eighth Jack Wighton offered the Blues valuable experience ahead of rookie Luai.
"We went into the last game without a back and that hurt us," Fittler said.
"Whether it's a half or an outside back; someone who can play in all of those positions would be nice."
He said that Papenhuyzen, who was a utility for Melbourne before settling in as fullback, had proven he could fill that role and Storm coach Craig Bellamy had provided a blueprint in how best to use the speedster.
"I think Ryan's shown over the last couple of years, he's able to play a few different positions," Fittler said.
"I think that's probably the key to Ryan coming into the representative teams, just the fact that he did so well playing other positions.
"He's not the biggest guy but ... if it's the right time he's almost impossible to stop so that comes down to my responsibility.
"The good thing is that Craig (Bellamy) has shown in the past how to do that and how it can work."
NSW are spoilt for choice with fullback selection, although their captain Tedesco is a certain starter.
Last year Fittler fashioned Parramatta custodian Clint Gutherson into a centre but backed away from that idea.
He said that Tom Trbojevic, finally over serious hamstring issues, could line up at centre where he has served the Blues in the past.
"We've done that - we did that last year and it didn't work so well cause we got beat," Fittler said.
"Tom has played centre and wing for us - he's one of those players, come the end of May we've just got to hope he's fit and ready to go.
"It's a matter of getting it all right; not getting too many of the stars and not having enough workers around them.
"That's the art of State of Origin, getting that balance right."

Storm superstar Ryan Papenhuyzen is set for at least another fortnight in the casualty ward.
A shoulder injury forced the fullback to miss his side’s ANZAC Day win over the Warriors, and now coach Craig Bellamy has confirmed he will not be back for this weekend’s clash with the Sharks.
Bellamy will opt to select another talented young back in Papenhuyzen’s place.
“We’ll go with Nicho (Hynes) again,” the coach said on Monday.
“I don’t even know if ‘Paps’ will be back the week after, so we’re obviously not going to risk him.
“With the severity of the injury he won’t be ready for two or three weeks at least.”
Cameron Munster will likely continue to take on goalkicking duties in Papenhuyzen’s absence.
The 2020 Clive Churchill medallist will therefore likely also miss the Storm’s crucial round nine match against the Rabbitohs.
South Sydney are one of only three sides ahead of Melbourne on the NRL ladder so the game will provide a litmus test for Bellamy’s men as they aim to notch back-to-back premierships.
A neck injury kept Papenhuyzen out of the Storm’s round three clash against another of the competition’s heavyweights in the Penrith Panthers.

Eh??
Pangai was moved to right edge before Glenn was injured. Riki is only back in the starting side because of Glenns injury.
Pangai probably gets suspended before it matters anyway

It's hard to make up ground now that everyone has a reasonably solid team, you almost need every player in your 17 to score ok. Having a few rock in the bag of diamonds can cost you a bunch of ranks. If Teddy and Roberts score 75 combined this last week I would have probably jumped 1500 ranks instead of lost 500. (I'm currently sitting at 5095)
I don't see my rank changing too much in the next few weeks, it's in the bye round period where big jumps or drops will be made.

The Raiders expect a 7-8 week return to play for Charnze Nicoll-Klokstad after avoiding surgery on a disc injury in his neck. Has had the last 2 weeks off, will return to the club next week & have 5-6 weeks of rehab/training before a return

Any advice on my team?
Brailey
Crichton Watson Alvaro
Fifita Schuster
Cleary Fogarty
Roberts Bird
Laurie Tedesco Ponga
Turpin Egan Simpkin Croker
Papenhuyzen Verrills Utoikamanu Walker
+185k
24 trades
I am thinking Turpin -> Harris/Haas
And then Egan/Utoikamanu -> Walsh with cash in the bank to go Laurie and Utoikamanu to Haas/Harris + cow

You seem well focused and set up for the byes mate. Do you have Haas? And if not, when are you targeting him?

Yeah, I'm 50/50, that with him looking like being the bench utility in origin, might only play 2 of the next 6 potentially.
