NRL Fantasy 2021 Part 42 - TLT Return of the MILF

Looking at trading out Pappy and either Turpin or SOS.

One trade in is Moses.

The other trade is either Haas (for Turpin) or TPJ (for SOS)

Haas is the obvious choice, but TPJ looks like value and has DPP. Turpin would be outside my 17 this week, but lets me see if the 40/40 split with Levi is a permanent thing.

Where is all the TPJ love coming from?

He's priced at about 55 points - and that's pretty much is average as a 2nd rower. If anything you are paying a slight premium for him

Would it be worth trading in Hampton instead of Peachey for the sake of extra cash?

Peachey can put up 60's but scores in the 40's from Hampton for nearly 200k less helps fund things like a Haas trade.

Looking at;

SOS > Aekins

Leaves gives me a WFB cover which i like. Leaves me with;

So if he fails to progress on any day this week, then he can be ruled out (whether that is communicated to us or not is another matter)

Yeah it's more the public getting kept up to date I guess if he does fail.

I am going Haas this week (fearful of him bagging a try and getting an 80+) and TPJ next week.

I know that goes against the BE’s but I would hate this to be the week Haas goes huge

Clutching at straws but is a chance Haas doesn’t even make the Origin side? He was in a losing team last year so Freddy could be looking to make changes and NSW have a mammoth amount of forwards to choose from.

Add in guys like J.Jackson, Graham, Frizell, Matterson, Yeo, Murray, Sims, Crichton, Radley who can all player 8, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14-17.

I think Haas is a certainty. He has been easily the standout on that team and is ahead of all the guys on that list.

I thought TPJ was probably a good chance for origin (ignoring the imminent suspension), but now I see he reps NSW.. Not a fucking chance

Rough trades this week, lots of options with byes approaching. Teddy and Papi are a pain. Personally will be jumping on Haas and figure out the other trade later in the day lol

Like everyone else I've been agonising over trades this week. Think I've settled on:

Pappy to Haas
Egan to Fogarty

And just need to hope Tedesco plays or I'm one short. I think I'd rather do that than make a trade I don't want to do, Brown's comments have put me off Walsh.

Fuck....didn't want to double trade but Turpin & Lenui = Haas & Hampton with 10c left over

Means if Ted doesn't play I don't have to play Roberts & can swap him for Verrills next week....mmmmm
