Why should I not trade out Hampton for bird?

He’s a centre averaging late 30’s why not. If you had another 30k laying around I’d look at ramien too.

I'd rather Peachey, potentially Averillo both ahead of Bird. (Am a Bird owner, with no plans to trade him.)

Always open to other peoples options.

For me as long as Peachey remains as starting Lock, he should outscore Averillo on average and should be a keeper at CTR. While Averillo who knows, no idea if he stays as starting HLF long term but he has looked a lot better since the trade out. I also prefer holding onto Hampton as long as he gets a return time, and starting HLF again he should be a better keeper potentially between him and O'Sullivan who looks like he wont get another crack.

Thanks Beth, I have another option I could go with.

    Out - Hampton + O'Sullivan
    In - Averillo + Starling

Starling is a ballsy one, but if you're willing to take the risk I'd go ahead with it.

Yeah I have read through a few articles. It doesn't seem like there is that much of a rift, just the media making it sound worse than it is. Hodgson has said he will be fit for next week against the Dogs, but it wouldn't surprise me if he starts on the bench.

If Sutton stays at lock I could definitely see Hodgson come on and either have Starling or Hodgson shift to the lock role and get them about 30 minutes. Similar to how Havili was used last week. I am high on Starling due to last year, but definitely a lot of risk as he could be playing 20 minutes or less in two weeks. My squad isn't in a horrible position and I think another long term CTR like Peachey is probably the better play for my team longterm than a dart that I don't need to make.

Should I go Hampton to Cini and Alvaro or Uto to TPJ?? Or should I hold Alvaro and Uto and upgrade Hampton to a Brimson, Douiehi or Edwards for my WFB which when Pap is back moves Laurie into my 14-17. Thoughts?

If I don’t bring a WFB in I’m stuck playing with Simonsson again in my back 3. Or is it more important to say go a Hampton to Cini and Alvaro to TPJ?

Talk Walsh is gonna be in the 14 now. I was gonna get him but not after that news this arvo.

    Team is:

    Brailey
    Haas Watson Alvaro
    CHN Fifita
    Cleary Schuster
    Peachey Bird
    Teddy Simonsson Laurie

Reasons for both have been mentioned over the last few days pages.

    Both are in struggling teams.
I feel Mann's form is better atm, but I feel Fog is the better option when he finds form.
Both will have more responsibility with Green out for the Knights and AT dropped for the Titans.

    Fog has my vote...just

When did AT get dropped ? Could be a good reason to bring in Fog if that is the case

Where is the Walsh news coming from? I know you had some news the other week about Turpin still playing 80 and Levi playing a Lock role but that never happened. Is CHT going to come in, and then who drops out of their 17?
Cini's job security scares me, he looked alright but if Roberts just shows up it will hurt you. I don't really like TPJ too much I feel he will just stop scoring so well, Brimson is a crazy pick considering the form change and potential to play Origin as well. I mean I would rather Trbojevic over all the WFBs you listed and he is priced less than all of them.

You might have to play someone for a week who may not score well, suck it up dude don’t piss away a trade.

You need to start playing with your head more and stop reacting to every half backed internet rumour and half arsed theory thrown up by someone here.

You have asked the same question multiple times, what do you reckon the answer might be? Good R13 plan or shit short term fix?

I'm thinking of selling Pappy (have Tedesco, Turbo, Laurie) & most people would advise Haas as the obvious replacement. When I looked at the last 3 round averages for players Haas scores 64ppg but there are a couple of other forwards that have a higher ppg...Mahoney 70, Harris 71, Frizell 71 & TPJ 71. To me TPJ stands out as he's the cheapest, has dpp & plays round 13. So who do you like:
    (a) Haas or
    (b) TPJ

    Thoughts & thanks.

I mean who do you want at the end of the season Laurie or Papy? I still am not sold on TPJ keeping up the scoring but I am high on Harris personally, still out of Haas and TPJ it is hard to argue that the money + no origin is better.
