I think theyve figured out he is best on the right edge, dont see him being moved back into the middle now.
Lodge flegler kennedy bullemor asiata will just have to pick up the slack in the middle in round 13

Got 500k to spend on a centre. Not sure if I want to chop and change between cheapies at centre all year. Is Farnworth or Crichton the way to go? Am looking for a R13 player ideally.

He's already playing 80 on the edge, so can't see any change in role or upside to TPJ purely based on Carrigan not being there.
Not saying don't get him, as he is probably a fraction underpriced based on the start of the year, plus he has the potential to score a thousand points in offloads - just needs to balance out the minus 1000 in errors.

Hampton and Simpkin to Fogarty and R.Kennedy or
Play hard ball and go
Hampton and Fifita to Fogarty and Matterson. Leaves $139 to upgrade Welsh or Angus next week.
I have Haas and TPJ and Moses already and have enough edge cover.
It’s tempting to play the safe game and save the trade on Fifita and clean up red dots but at some point I have to play for points. It might be a good week for me to do it.

Depends what your plan for the $100K is. Will it let you upgrade to another gun next week?
I like option 2 if that is the case as it gives round 13 coverage. I assume you know the risks with Matterson.

Hmmm Dfifita to Haas (+68k) or Fogarty (+281k)
Fogarty gives me extra cash and will probably help getting Koro down the track
Haas gives me better cover and an extra 10-15pnts , but he is unlikely to play rd 13, but he is a season keeper.

Fifita, Munster and Hampton to Matterson, Fogarty and Koro is my mini trade plan for the next two weeks.

If Pap and Walker play it's one trade to field 17. That'll include Walsh, but I think most will have at least one not-ideal scorer.
I think keep it simple with DiFi to Haas. The only way I'd be happy to not get DiFi back is if Haas is the alternative.
If Pap is a late out then backup plan could be Leniu to Hynes.

I don't mind the though process of only making the trade if its for someone you'd be happy to get stuck with if you don't get Difi back, but doesn't this mean you're then just trading a keeper for another because of a 2 week suspension? If you're not someone trading Fifi for a Rd13 player and instead grabbing someone who plays origin (which granted, isn't a given for Haas but must be somewhat likely?) then it feels very sideways to me.mrbrownstone wrote:
