Is Matterson likely to play Origin? With Murray potentially out and no Cordner, surely he's a big chance? If so, he won't play round 13. Definitely don't want to bring him in if he misses round 13.

Fifita is a final 17 player, would trade munster ahead of himLiverpool_Bulldog wrote:Fifita/Munster > Fogarty

Not sure who goes for Fogarty or if it even matters

Crichton & Frizell likely the frontrunners
Murray should be fit by Origin & Yeo can also cover edge

That doesn't mean Matto can't jag a bench spot.
Crichton can be used as a middle and Yeo has been a middle for 2 years now.

It’s just gone from bad to worse all because I didn’t want to trade in players I wasn’t 100% on. Then all of a sudden I start this round with 8 unavailable playersRevraiser wrote:

I think I would hold Welch this week and go with the Roberts direction if you're keen on Starling
Not sure if this one week will provide any guidance on the long-term split between Starling/Hodgson
Cheers mate. I was only this morning doing some long term strategising in my head thinking, I'm really going to need more cash for final team and could use a good mid range cash cow with big playable scores. Like a 2018 Mitch Rein, or 2019 Connor Watson/Jazz Tevaga. Starling would certainly be the guy if I had confidence he keeps the role. At least with the first game being a Friday this week, the 24hr cull for Raiders is before the first game of the round. Occasionally those 24hr culls result in reshuffles which provide a bit of direction.

The last few seasons, with 1 exception the Raiders starting hooker has played at least 60 minutes and rarely played less than 70 minutes, despite a back up hooker almost always on the bench.toast wrote:Hodgson aside, is there a chance Havili could take some of Starling's minutes? If Raiders keep losing maybe Rick does a Madge?

I am going Simpkin to Starling Mulvy. Would rather the potential for 150k+ and 50+ scores for 475k than a MAYBE 40 from Simpkin in R13 and the real possibility he will be a 20 min bench player behind Liddle moving forward. Also gives me contingency if both Pappy and Walker are out. Like you said obviously won't touch him if there's a shuffle in the 24H team lists.
Welch to Koro or Mahoney next round.

It's all maybes. Maybe Cook goes down and suddenly Api is the Blues hooker making him a no go.
Matterson is unlikely. If you're not convinced then don't get him.

Guess his JS scared a lot of us off?
I got him 2 weeks ago but get nervous every tlt. I just hope he keeps his starting spot until at least rd 13. Prob too late to jump on now.

1 more page of Starling chat and I might be influenced Rabbits-style to get him in
Being serious, am also contemplating same trade as alternative to Simpkin to Koroisau as I could also afford Walker to Moses next week
