Ricky came out in his presser today and said he will get Hodg on the field at the same time as Starling. Also said he might give Starling a break when possible but it gave off impressions (to me at least) Starling will have a fairly decent role regardless of Hodgson. (Well I'm hoping anyway)

Overdid it. Have heatstroke. Not attending

Many dudes on here counting down the minutes until 5pm with dread? I guess fellow Brooks owners? If Brooks misses the cut I go into the round with 16 this weekend, including Pappy, Walker and Walsh.

This final team list has potential to be a hard smackdown. Hoping for something completely uneventful, but fearing the worst.

Historically, Aitken's been one of the more consistent, solid floor CTRs going around. It'd be good to see how he goes coming back from injury before one of the current top-owned CTRs goes down.

With only Teddy, Laurie and Walsh, Ponga -> Turbo is a no brainer right?

I looked at TPJ before but I have a sneaky suspicion he could be a smokey for a blues jersey. He has 3 weeks to prove himself. His game really suits Origin and would be huge off the bench for the blues.

I need a centre this week and had a very interested look at Aitken when this news dropped. Set back into place when I saw his price tag, but I sure wish he was somewhere near affordable.

I don't expect Brooks to get the cut, otherwise Doueihi would not be moved to CTR.
I think Madge wants Brooks to control the game more, and improve defense on the edges
