So will we have our first ever WFB/HLF/CTR after the next updates?

filth's final word on Starling:
Although I am not bringing him in as I think he's just slightly above my risk appetite...
I am bringing him in for my autofill side.
Disclaimer: My autofill side has been creaming my main side all year so Starling will probably go boom

It's kind of what we already knew from the Hodgson article though isn't it? I haven't seen it but at least it seems Starling will start.

The only reason my season didn't sink last year not owning Lomax was because Aitken was able to come close to matching his average.
He's one to keep an eye out for when his price drops. Plays R17, strong metre eater and busts a fair few tackles.

I need a centre this week and had a very interested look at Aitken when this news dropped. Set back into place when I saw his price tag, but I sure wish he was somewhere near affordable.
At sub-$500k I'd be very interested. Unfortunately don't have the luxury of waiting for his price to drop a bit (BE60-ish) because I'm guessing most have to make the move from Momirovski this week.

Starling = no
Matterson = no
TPJ = yes (if you have the coin)
Gamble = wait a round (Staggs?)
Fogarty = yes
Koroisau = wait a round
Herbie = yes
SCrichton = yes
Moses = yes
JBrailey = yes, but you are way to late
Carty = Party
Parramatta = yes
Storm = no
I think if Staggs was going to move into the halves it will be at 5/8th, as that is what they are looking for in him being a running 5/8th, and thus at the cost of 'Milford the Mundane'. The problem is there is no organisation in the Brisbane team and although Kevie loves to mix things up regularly, surely he sees that Gamble actually organises and runs the team around the paddock better than the all the other halves at the club (not a difficult achievement, but actually factual). As such if Staggs does come back in at 5/8th Gamble becomes an even great POD/asset.
Thus this week I have decided to go Gamble as one of my trades. (Disclosure: His price is great and it gives me the 400K needed to do Schuster to Haas next week)

Pre-loading for magic round right now and Uber comes in 5. Brought in Starling for Roberts. Good luck all see you on the other side. Tommy to score more points than the Broncos tonight

When Laterell got suspended for 4 weeks, I though "I can make up some ground by not having him". Now Pap is out for the same amount of weeks, or more, and I am back to square one again by holding onto this bloke.

Thank sweet goodness. Hoping to actually get an okay score from Brooks in what could be our last dance together.
Now that the first hurdle is over, though, I'm a bit paranoid he doesn't play 80. But that'd be too silly to actually happen, surely?

Yeah I don't expect Staggs to line up in the halves. I think Gamble should be good as a cow scoring 40 odd pointsFinger Puppet Mafia wrote:

I think Staggs stays in the centres until they're out of finals contention at which point they'll start to blood him in the halves if they want him playing there in 2022.
As badly as the Broncos have been, they're still only two wins away from the top eight.
