Where are the stats for people turning off the TV after 20 minutes because their team is playing with 12 because someone's hand bumped off the ball and slapped a player on the cheek with 10 Joules of force. If it weren't for fantasy I'd be watching the Roosters and that's it

I've had a pretty good run with CTR's so feel OK making a trade there now. Started with Averillo/Momo/Nui and got Peach in round 5.

Thoughts on cotric?

I love how it talks about how players obviously aren't more fatigued under the new rules (despite them telling us the rule changes were to bring fatigue back into the game) and uses errors to prove that. Ignores that tries can come about due to defensive errors and those have gone up, makes no mention of 6 again's, penalties, suspensions, injuries etc which are other things we could look at as indicators of errors/fatigue, nor missed tackles, LB's etc. I mean even the errors stat doesn't' say if its looking at whether or not these are forced or unforced errors, If the analysis they've done isn't as shallow and biased from the outset as the report seems to suggest then maybe they should have shared that, otherwise I'll write it off as the nonsense it appears to be.

I've said it from the start - his main job was to rip the NRL costs to shreds. He's doing that and doubt he gives a shit about anything else.
Has no interest in the long term future of the game and it's disturbing how much he loves the spotlight being on him.

Long time lurker after some thoughts, only interested in H2H so bye/origin rounds don't affect the decision

I want to get Tedesco in this week while he is seemingly at his cheapest. I can go Laurie + Simpkin to Tedesco + someone under 310k.

The guys I am looking at are:

Mbye 308k - Would give me cover for Peachy so I could play with 17. Risky as he could be dropped back to bench anytime
Faamausili 285k - Fuimaono and Mcguire both out for 5 rounds so presumably gets better minutes starting at 13
Cust 252k - Probably scores the best out of the options with Foran out, Foran potentially back in 2 rounds though
Palasia 228k - Base price starter but Riki only out for 2 weeks so likely drops back to bench

Anyone I missed?

That is unbelievably embarrassing given my occupation

Still tossing up Simpkin -> Starling vs Stefano -> Koro.

Getting Starling first makes sense given BEs and all, but I still can't help but think going backwards in terms of R13 numbers isn't the play. Then again, no guarantee Simpkin plays at all, and Stefano surely comes back at some point, so it probably works out the same either way?

20 trades, 101k

In an ideal world, Stefano, Roberts, and Leniu find their way back in, and Schuster, Walker, Walsh & maybe Crichton make way for R13 players for 14-15 playing the first bye.

Is that a reasonable plan, or just get the better JS, R13 gun while you can?

Rather the extra 18k for Hopoate, or go a bit cheaper with Kris.

I think I might buy Harper he seems to be first choice Manly centre now. Then I can play Peachey in my mids when he’s back.

In fact no I won’t I’ll get S. Crichton he is avg 35 more running metres a game and his try scoring is a bit down on last year so I think that’ll pick up and he’s avg is around 40 and Penrith won’t lose many games at all and he has valuable DPP and an extra round 13 number. Gives me 10 round 13 players now which is much better.

Means I miss Starling but it is what it is for now can always get him after round 13 if he keeps killing it.

Pap to Hughes I may as well take the risk.

I will get Pap back in later.

Playing H2H you defs want Tedesco and he's cheaper than ever. Don't really like any of those options but probably Mbye out of those. Ramsey maybe? - job security good because after his couple of games at FB he'll still have a place on the wing.
