Should help wipe some trades from impatient coaches too.

Think I'm gonna max trade atleast the next 2 weeks. Grab some non origin guys that I wouldn't hate hanging around (Tauk, Tohu, Thompson etc)

I feel that was such a shit weekend of footy. All the games were pretty boring and sloppy.

Feel 578 is a pretty poor score for a team of 13. Only moved up 400 ranks.

Would you feel better scoring 529 from 11 players and losing over 400 ranks?

Managed to not trade on the weekend, which worked out alright as nothing really jumped out.

I have 18 trades for the last 12 rounds.

Definite outs are Leniu, Ramsey, Hynes, Laurie with possibles being Brailey, Watson and Starling (depending on future output).

So that is 7 trades and I feel I am probably 6 players short of a final 17... allowing me 1... maybe 2 more cash cows to finish out the year; however, this doesn't account for a Verrills who is technically a cash cow but could stay in my side all year.

I would be happy with 8-9 trades to round out R18-25 so that allows me 9-10 trades. 7 off those for final 17 players (may change as Watson/Brailey/Starling are more than capable of being final 17 players with a few things going right). 1 off those will be stowed away for Verrils. Meaning I have 2-3 trades to use on a cash cow for some more generation.

    Seems possible.

This game should be used to fill up some of your SPARE TIME, not be all consuming.
Take an hour on Monday to check your score and make a plan for next week, then wait for TLT to confirm your decisions and lock them in.
Then take your girlfriend out somewhere for some quality time together.

Don't stress about every point given or not given.

First of all shot rabs for the email and the time and effort that it required. Hopefully it hasn't fallen on deaf ears the inconsistencies really can be frustrating at times. I don't know why everyone is telling the man how to spend his time I'm sure each and everyone of us on this forum does things that could be considered extreme or unhealthy , wasteful whatever you would like to boil it down to and while I agree it is just supposed to be a bit of fun and a time filler you can't tell someone how invested to get in something especially when we are all posting on a site with fanatics in the title. I don't know if anyone here has done any studies in phycology I certainly haven't but my partner has and humans are pretty messed up at times and there are often millions of reasons people do things you don't know the guy so don't judge his life based on your very little knowledge of him.

With that many trades can see you fly up the rankings it will just depend on cash generation or if your willing to do to some side way trades to lower price guns to aquire money to upgrade your mid tier guys.

Thinking most top teams only have 12-14 trades left.

I agree. For someone like myself, I get way more heavily involved than my mates around me. They look at the app maybe once a week, make their trades and be done with it. I love getting caught up in the stats, the game, the thrill of who to trade in and the great feeling it gives you when you pull off a good trade. I am on this forum Monday-Friday (i don't use it on Weekends).

I guess where everyone is coming from is that at times it seems at times Rabs can find himself in a negative state as an outcome from playing Fantasy, when this should be an enjoyable thing you play with mates, colleagues, randoms on the net. We shouldn't be letting this affecting our life decisions and moods outside of the Fantasy and in the real world.

Anyways, heads up Rabs. Your email is no problem... You have a complaint, you make it, so be it. Happens a million times a day across the world.

Pick yourself up mate - where else can you rave and shit-post about something as irrelevant and important as Rugba-League?
Next year you'll smash it and be laughing at the rest of us.

I'm really looking forward to next year due to its gonna be probably one of the hardest years ever starting. Having to pay for cleary plus not having cheapies like Walsh or sualli and not really any under prices guns due to injury. Should be very interesting

I watched a replay of the Eels game & the Mahoney injury & I think he'll be sweet for the next game. After it happened he was sitting on the bench with no ice, no strapping, no real discomfort on his face.

Disclaimer - my prognosis is based on pure hope

    Brailey R1-10: 12 missed tackles

    Brailey R11-13: 15 missed tackles

Reckon he's carrying a minor niggle that's affecting things, or just running out of steam?

Any chance you can unsend that email Rabs?
Thanks to Moses' score adjustment I managed to win my L1 h2h by 5 points. If they change it back now I might have to find a missing tb from one of my players and send an email of my own. Wink

That's the thing right here. No, we can't tell people how invested they should or shouldn't be, but I noticed the last couple of weeks, getting so caught up, overthinking it all just is not healthy. Have to treat it as a game and good fun, nothing more.
