Thoughts on Egan as a potential pick up at 546K? Out of the 12 games he’s played in the 8, 80mins games he’s played his avg is 54.5.

my tv broke wrote:Fog is a bit like Brailey imo. Team is going shithouse and the scores are reflecting that.

Yes Fog kicked more with Boyd there, but Fog generally scores well if the Titans are going well.

He seemed at his best last year when the Titans were surging towards the season end.

So far he averages 43 in losses and 59 in wins. That's a bit skewed with a 7 in a 51 minute loss (he might've gone on to score in the 20's?)
Looking at PPM averages it's 0.57 in losses and 0.76 in wins - you'd expect in wins he also benefits from occasional attacking stats and more GK's too.

Personally, I'm not especially worried at this point - he seems a bit down on form, but so does the team.
Despite a few difficult matches up ahead, I would imagine both he and the Titans get some turnaround in form at some point.

I find this no surprise at all.

I think Cleary was disappointed with the showing of his backups and would want them to tighten up everything. I think he wouldn't be comfortable with his depth not keeping up the standards. Could be talking shit though.

I'll wait a couple of weeks for Tohu. If he goes around 55 again he'll start some nice drops.

Isn't anything wrong with going hard if it gets you to the top. In 2019 when i was 1st/2nd for quite a while, I had one trade left with about 8 rounds to go. Used the last trade on RTS to PONGA out of fear with 5 weeks left and Ponga absolutely shat the bed and then missed the last couple of weeks. Hung on to claim 5th even though my team was on fumes. Still dirty on Cleary's 4 try 120 in the last round which catapulted some bloke past me.

    This. Just go for it.

I see I wont find out till Monday afternoon if Alvaro will hold a bench spot if named? Might just flick him to Taukeiaho this week.

They reckon Staggs did full contact for the session with the main team so might be a good chance of being named today.

My rough plan involved Gamble to cash out this week (likely Suaalii if he was playing if Teddy out) so I guess that solidifies plan

Chopping and changing halves isn’t the solution. No consistency. Not like Brisbane will magically make the 8 so putting Khunt in seems desperate

Yes I have Gamble. But still a dumb decision by Kevvie
