Wow, Fittler saying Clearly 'pretty unlikely' to play Game 3. He's going to get his scan results today which will confirm things but based off this you'd think he's almost definitely not going to play Round 16!
With 13 trades left I'll definitely be trading him out and back in when he's back in!

Hahaha of course I took the punt of trading out Burton last round, instead of post-R18 as per original plans. Run so bad at this.

Need to make a decision on Hynes thurs night.

CLEARY OUT: Sources tell me that while Nathan Cleary’s shoulder has not yet been diagnosed as ‘season ending’ he will definitely miss this Friday’s clash against the Eels. More will be known about the length of time he will be out on Wednesday following more tests. #pantherpride

"Season Ending" would obviously be a cleary trade out.

But anything else and its tough. If you trade him out, how do you get him back in, without just keeping hundreds of thousands of dollars in the bank

I’ve never heard “season ending” before this. NRL physio was 1-3 weeks likely, 3-6 if bad with post season surgery. 3-6 would be interesting.

I love Captain Cleary as much as the next Fantasy player, but him being out for an extended period of time would make things even more interesting for us all. Whenever he plays it takes some of the fun out of the game because everyone is starting with him as Captain, and as a result his score is just the base upon which everyone ends up starting. It’s only a mild thrill seeing him get a banner since everyone is benefiting from it anyway.

Another forced trade or two around about now will have a few teams up the top running very low.

Even with guys like Matterson & Brailey you would still need 200k ITB to get Cleary & cashout

I have 14 trades and 330K, so should be in the realm of possibility if things fall correctly.
