It's a small sample size but he's averaging 62 in 80 minutes and the Knights only face 3 current Top 8 teams in their run home.

He's not R17 relevant but I'm going to put it out there I'm looking at Mitchell Pearce as a POD option for the run home.

I apologize in advance to SJ owners. After promising myself to never get him again due to his injury history, I purchased him this week so that means he will get injured this week.

I was having a little look at him during the week, couldn't believe I was asking myself: is he a buy?
Main thing that worried me was Clifford, seems like they'll split kick metres. Knights do create a lot of kick metres though.
His 60 last week was boosted by 3 extra tackle busts than his usual average. I would imagine he'll average closer to 50 than 60 for the rest of the season. 20 tackles and 300 kick metres is a decent base.

Is Fifita going to play 80 today we think? I guess DCE could get an early shower too if they are spanking them

No one knows mate what will happen. Expected Tohu to play 80 also.
Although I don't see why Fifita wouldn't play 80.

Oh yeah totally I get it,it’s just frustrating that Manly play first because if I decide to go with Fifita what if he’s a late switch to the bench? That’s probably the only thing holding me back. Titans need to get back on track though so they need him out there for the 80 surely

How does h2h finals work does anyone know? Regular settings. Is it like 1v4 2v3? or 1v8 2v7

Nrl finals format (top 4 vs each other)
Top 4 get 2nd chance

Hypothetically I might not be able to bring in Cleary again if I bring in Fifita or DCE,would it be wiser to trade in someone like Murray/Lolo/Taupau if it gives me the extra cash to play with later? Keep in mind I only have 7 trades left right now

Every season (bar 2020) there's players that don't end up playing the bye round when you count on them to do so.
It does look like a few are missing out next week which is frustrating

With the origin series decided, it's a perfect opportunity for Freddy to pull the trigger on Moses.

It's also a good opportunity to pick any young Qld born Keary-types just to ensure they can't have them if the rules change down the road

Don't think Arey makes origin, any reason for his low ownership ?

Random stuff happening like captaining Harris the round he gets an HIA/injury is exactly why you should treat Fantasy as a past time with minimal emotional investment. Some of the reactions on this forum have been pretty fucking sad. What in your life changes if your captain scores 50 less than someone else's? Come on.

There's been some talk of the possibility of Luai playing at 7 with Wighton at 6 for SOO3.
I wonder if that was part of the decision to play Burton at Centre this week.
I missed most of last night's match, but imagine if Burton is in the halves, he will be the dominant game manager, whereas playing him at Centre allows Luai a chance to be the dominant half.
It also allows Penrith a bit more opportunity to test an alternative combination in the event that Cleary doesn't make it through the finals.
Burton may be in the halves next time (or he May not) - I suspect last night doesn't mean that much
