All those kick metres means he's pretty consistent, but his non-existent running game has a much lower ceiling.

I would say Moses is better, more of a closer call with Fog. Might depend whether you prefer 50s and 60s, or 30s and 80s.

    I'd go Moses, Johnson, Fog

Hearing SST might be out due a hamstring strain that he picked up last game - not because of his Instagram post or form https://twitter.com/OOOL1908/status/1414849077620002817?s=19

This Tohu news is very pleasing.

I still need a forward if he isn't playing though, so thinking Hynes to iPap. Probably means no Pap for me, Turbo/Teddy/Walsh to wrap up the year. Unless I end up needing to move out Cleary.

holy hell that’s the worst broncos pack i’ve seen. There’s one guy who makes any of the top teams - Haas. Outside of Payne there’s an Atacama of dryass daylight.

Same dillemma. Im keeping Matto. Scoring may be volatile but at least i know he will be in the 17 if injury free and in a better team. Who knows what sticky will do with CHN if they revert back to what they have dished up pre round 17. Lui out is one less moving part amongst the forwards for now. As a tigers supporter it burns me to say this as i still havent let it go.

Yeah it looks pretty average but same starting pack that beat the sharks. They probably would have been beaten by a better team but they put in and tried hard. Might be something to the rumours of Lodge and TPJ being a bit disruptive.

    Building for 2022! I hope.

I have 1.9 million dollars sitting outside of my 17 this week. Pretty happy with how my team is looking despite all of that, except having to choose out of Walker and Verrills in my 17. Have 10 trades but to be honest I don't see anyone that really needs to be traded.

This was additional new info as of last night on nrl360 when Buzz reported it.

Some notes I made from a Podcast "The Weekly Rub Down" (a supercoach POD) which had Brien the NRL Physio on:

    - Brien is more concerned some injuries than others. Injuries like rib damage (D. Saifiti), shoudler damage (Cleary, Tohu, Mahoney), and foot injuries (RFM) are more likely to be reinjured purely due to the nature of NRL and the fact they'll get bashed around during the game.

    - Brien mentioned that Turbo (and most recovering from hamstring injuries) need to do a "quota" of sprints per week to ensure recovery goes well. He indicated that he'd expect Turbo (might) back up during an origin week, or to generally not be rested before finals due to actual game time being a great way to get in this "quota" of sprint minutes under his belt. He mentioned that data shows that people who don't get in their quota of sprints have a higher chance of reinjury.

    - Brien expects Best to return more like round 20-21 than 23-24 (probably more relevent for those playing draft).

    - Re above, typically players returning from syndesmosis injuries typically have no performance decrease upon return (cited To'o, Tupou, Hopoate, and Arrow all returning from these injuries and on aggregate having just as good if not better peformance upon return).

    - Brien isn't worried about Luai's injury at all saying that most of those MCL injuries are from bad luck in a tackle, and the risk of re-injury is the same risk for a normal player, indicating that Luai will be 100% upon return.

    - Finally they talked about Papy, and the fact that Brien is quietly concerned about bringing him in. He suggested that if Papy cops another head knock during a game (which is of course possible for any player, any time) the Storm might just say fuck it and call his season. Worth considering for those looking for a Hynes replacement, maybe worth considering other options.

All in all a great POD, very much worth a listen. @Ponga Yeo the Mann if you have any insights into my summary or the POD itself it'd be awesome to hear your thoughts as well.

Dude 10 trades left and not needing to use any? That's gold!

Well done with the trade management, especially because if I recall correctly your rank is pretty gangbusters as well.

TPJ to Papali'i. 6 trades left, 525k in the bank.

    Hunt
    Crichton, Tolman, Haas
    Matterson, Fifita
    Moses, SJ
    Averillo, Bird
    Walsh, Turbo, Teddy

    Watson, Papali'i, CHN, Hynes

    Brailey, Schoupp, Verrills, Roberts

I'm definitely carrying one too many players in the high 40's, low 50's average range. My season absolutely tanked last year when I ran out of trades and depth though so I don't see any urgent moves to be made yet.

Well, not seeing any trades might down to me being blind haha. Really the only guys on the edge of being traded are Brailey and Watson. No one really stands out to me for Brailey at this point (needs to be a hooker) and Watson earned a reprieve with his last score. I have guys like Roberts who is essentially worthless until I need a centre and Walker isn't really expensive enough to do anything substantial with.

Actually, I might throw my team out there and see if anyone can suggest anything I need doing this week.

    10 trades, 127k ITB

    Brailey
    Watson, Haas, Crichton
    Fifita, Ipap
    SJ, Fogarty
    Bird, Averillo
    Hynes, Teddy, TTurbo

    Egan, Walsh, CHN, Walker
    Cleary, Tohu, Roberts, Verrills

Walker is not ideal in the 17 but is only temporary until Tohu is back, Any suggested trades you guys can see that could be done?

I would do Walker -> Radley, should give you a more consistent floor to cover until Harris is back.
