How likely is Schuster required for edge cover?

Ponga's scores without the attacking stats don't look too flash either.
Both teams have an easy draw to finish the year except the Tigers one match against the Panthers. Both the Knights and Tigers are capable of playing like utter shite and snatching defeat from the jaws of victory.
It's a real coin flip of a decision. I'm slightly leaning towards Doueihi just because he can take Hynes place as a DPP option when/if he's traded out.

Only got 2 trades left and not a whole lot of hope so thinking about being a bit risky.
Can do SJ this week to Doueihi and then Hynes to Pappy when the time suits.
OR I can try and be a bit different and get Hughes and Edwards this week. Leaves me with no trades and probably just hoping no injuries in WFB so I can only use Edwards as an EMG in the run home.

Yeah look at Mahoney's average when you take off tackles.
I've gone Doueihi this round too. He's playing 6 with a dream run home. He won't not be attacked and provides good cover.
I've seen the new Kayo series, Doueihi getting invited to dinner, good enough for madge good enough for me.

Wouldn't bother with Edwards, especially if it'll leave you with 0 trades.

Unlikely, been using him as 2nd half. Murray, Fifita, Angus and CHN that cover edge.

Anyone heard any updates on Wilton?
If he’s out for a while Talakai is another cash out option I’m considering. $329k with average of 43 when starting second rower. Gives me better coverage that Trindall does and I expect more upside than Blore.
As a Wilton owner, would prefer he’s back soon and starting again.
Edit: Fox says Wilton back 21-23. NRL says tbc. Neither helpful.

Not sure what that means but hey, SJ is indeed a very good looking rooster. I'll be the first to admit that.

From your post last night mate, you going Clearlyless the rest of the year? Is that what you said. I'll be doing the same. I think DCE goes close enough to him.

Probably not, unless you need Schuster in the forwards.

I'm in the Doueihi camp too (mostly as he fits my team better);
How I see it:
Ponga:
- Elite Fullback who knows how to banner
- With a fairly Easy draw (inc 1 top 8, 3 bottom 4 teams left)
- Has lost the GK because: A/ he wasn't that good at it, B/ Recovering groin-injury (which GK can aggravate) i.e. minus 5-8 points on what he may have previously got.
- Playing with inconsistent halves
- Played 4 top 4 teams, 8 top 8 teams, 5 bottom 4 teams for 53 tries (third worst in the comp)
- Rumoured to be carrying an injury
- That record of lacklustre performances at the end of the season
Doueihi:
- Has a good bomb and probably still adds 100KM+ per game
- Likes to straighten the attack (aka hog the ball) and take the line on, great for MG and a couple of TB's
- With a fairly Easy draw (inc 1 top 4, 1 top 8, 4 bottom 4 teams left)
- Played 6 top 4 teams, 11 top 8 teams, 3 bottom 4 teams for @toast 69 tries (eighth best in the comp)
- Has the GK
- Probably a better floor than Ponga
- Seems less likely to be injured
- Could be shifted back to Centre at any times (Tigers probably have the worst Centres in the comp).
- Potentially handy DPP
If DPP is better for your team balance or your especially low on trades Doueihi is maybe a better option.
Ponga has more chance of being a meaningful POD over a short period.

It's a hammy so the Fox timeframe is accurate, in that it could be 2 or 4 weeks depending on how it heals. Doesn't help you too much, unfortunately. With hamstrings I personally err towards the upper bound because there's also a % chance of reaggravating to consider. So I would probably ditch.

Nice for ARey.
Charges for last night's game also updated on NRL.com. JWH 1-game ban and SST just a fine. No mention of Radley
