In terms of the actual NRL, I don't think it massively matters if half a round is called off and never replayed, with the ladder going to win percentage rather than points. It's an uneven draw anyway which is exactly the reason the competition is decided by playoffs rather than a straight ladder.
If they end up splitting the extra games 1 a week over the next month, then double game weeks is the way to go.
This sort of thing happens all the time for fantasy soccer leagues. I think its much less fair to take away points that players have scored rather than to give people who have more trades more opportunity to score points.
From a non-Fantasy point of view. If the round can't be completed by Monday, I think the best thing to do is to finish off the round next weekend. And then carry on with round 22 the weekend after as usual.
R21 can be played after round 26 if they want the full number of rounds and can make the extra week work logistically.
Main thing is to actually make sure NRL can continue next week and not get caught up in any further lockdowns.
